Online it says close at 10 and when I got there at 8 the lady was locking up and walking out! I was highly upset and very disappointed with this establishment.

Waited at the cou ter for a while with no service. The lady on break usf to go get someone to help us. They made my sandwich and toasted it without asking, and also skipped over choosing cheese completely.

I had a horrible experience ending with having a manager yelling over the phone for me to calm down, that there was no need to yell. No one was yelling but her. The manager Mariana stated there was no ability for a refund, after my order was not charged properly. I don’t blame the new girls there but the managers for leaving new people unattended, unsupervised and not providing tools needs to do their job. I walked out with no food or a refund. I plan on giving the store a call as soon as there is a manager in place as I don’t live close by.

I ordered a sandwich cut in two, I always buy them like that and there they charged me the price of one and only gave me half???? What happened to the other half? The first subway that this happens to me.

**Heads up, this location is refusing coupons.**
I went through the line as the guy made my sandwich, toasted it, loaded it up with veggies and dressing barely saying a word. When we got to the register I tried to pay with a coupon, his hand darted out to block the scanner and he rudely yelled that they don't take coupons. I stood back and looked everywhere for a sign stating no coupons and there wasn't one while he repeated the price in a loud tone. I let him know there was no sign, but he didn't care. I told him that he could just keep my sandwich and I left without paying.
I called Subway corporate directly after leaving and reported the interaction. The girl on the phone was very apologetic and said she was mailing me a gift card for a free sandwich and also additional coupons to use!

The service was so awful and the employees are so very Rude and the store is very dirty I tried to use a coupon in store and they said they don't take those here and we tried to place a online order and it said there location was already closed so I asked for a number for corporate office and she said I can't help you so we will never go back to that location again so rude and nasty

I spent $7.00 for s sandwich and I couldn't even get a cup for water. I asked for ranch dressing on the side. I don't know what I got, but it sure was not ranch.

Since the guy who says he’s the manager here thinks he can just be disrespectful here’s a message to his corporation. Never do I take the time to do things like this. I brought my son to come eat and he apparently thought I was Hispanic and started speaking in Spanish and I apologized and said sorry I don’t understand what you’re saying. He became very aggressive right after and yelled “what do you want!, What you don’t understand me!” This is the type of behavior that really needs to be reported. So embarrassing and rude. Then continued to laugh as we decided to turn around from how aggressively he was being. I do not appreciate this what so ever. I’m asking someone from his corporate office to contact me as soon as possible on this matter.
