Since the guy who says he’s the manager here thinks he can just be disrespectful here’s a message to his corporation. Never do I take the time to do things like this. I brought my son to come eat and he apparently thought I was Hispanic and started speaking in Spanish and I apologized and said sorry I don’t understand what you’re saying. He became very aggressive right after and yelled “what do you want!, What you don’t understand me!” This is the type of behavior that really needs to be reported. So embarrassing and rude. Then continued to laugh as we decided to turn around from how aggressively he was being. I do not appreciate this what so ever. I’m asking someone from his corporate office to contact me as soon as possible on this matter.

Not no where in this establishment is there a sign posted that they do not take coupons! They wait for you to get your sandwich made and at the register before they let you know that they don't take coupons so therefore you're reliable for paying full price. What I should have done was told her to stick that sandwich where the sun don't shine and walk away however I done the right thing and I paid for it full price $11.13 for a 12-in turkey sandwich with a bag of chips and a cup of water. Which the coupon was a 12-in sub a bag of chips and a drink for $7.99 plus tax. I feel they do this on purpose at this location to make a sale you will not get another sale from me and I am waiting for corporate to get back in touch with me about this situation! If you do not accept coupons at this establishment you should have it posted multiple places so people can see it!
