Boyfriend arrived before 9:30 (posted hours says it’s closes at 10) and the door was locked. The employee was on his phone and ignored him. Seems to be an issue here with others. Would avoid this location!

This place has gone downhill fast...... New owners think it's a mom and pops shop...... Not honoring coupons, and to my surprise today a mandatory tip when swiping your card. I noticed it and asked the employee to remove the extra 3dollar tip. Said he can't and it's automatic. Congrats, you lost a patron. And I'll tell everyone I know don't go to that branch.

They gave me the wrong roll I asked for twice the artisan Italian roll, and they gave me hearty multigrain and, they also didn't point out the coupon option they had only at checkout not during the ordering process before.

The employees are extremely rude and impatient. Like you’re getting paid to wait, then wait. I was with two 5 year olds and on the phone with someone trying to get orders in and this lady I assume was the manager was rushing me every step of the way. When I finally had all the orders in, I saw a sign that was hung that read that they only take bills under twenty. Like, firstly wouldn’t that be something you say to someone before they place their order. Also, they could’ve hung said sign on a more noticeable spot. After I asked if they still were going by the rule, she rudely told me yes. I walked out as they were making those sandwiches. I’m glad I wasted their “precious” time and food. Will not return here. Learn to tell the difference between a real bill over twenty and a fake bill over twenty.

This store is actively refusing coupons by only allowing specific sandwiches with them which they're not supposed to do. I had a buy one get one footlong coupon that had a list of sandwiches it would not work with in the fine print on the bottom. I made sure to choose the sweet onion teriyaki chicken for both sandwiches. The clerk made my sandwiches and I handed her my coupon when she started ringing me up and she said the coupon won't work with those sandwiches. I told her that I used a similar coupon at a subway down the road and she said her store has a list of the only sandwiches they'll make with the coupon. I told her I didn't want the sandwiches and she can have them. I drove about 2 miles down the road to the other subway and they accepted my coupon.

If this happens to you and they refuse your coupons, call Subway corporate and report your experience to customer service. They'll offer to send you a gift card and more coupons.

Subway is one of those places you just have when you are in a hurry and don't think much about it. But the experience at this location was so amazing and memorable in comparison to any other I have been to.The sandwich artist who made our sandwiches was so outgoing and kind. He helped by making suggestions and also convinced us to try their new footlong churro and pretzel. Both of which were great.The sandwiches were made to perfection as well. Perfect amount of toppings and the condiments were spread evenly throughout making it a 10/10 sandwich.This will now be the only subway we come to.Thank you!

Really bad experience at this location. The food was great. Our sandwich artist was good. Our problem is the store itself. After ordering to use our coupon from the mail adds...which is why we came in.. we were told we could only use it on certain sandwiches. This is a very sad sign, poorly written that was supposed to explain this to us...very incoherently. I don't know why they have this policy. It clearly isn't a good one to notify customers this way. They need to do a lot better job or just accept corporate coupons. It's almost fraudulent the lack of notice.
