Not happy with My first and definitely last experience....didn't feel the need to contact Management due to the date/time of dinning experience....definitely wanted to save time energy and hunger experience for Someone else

Not a full size Subway, but perfect for a quick bite. While it is somewhat unnerving grabbing food in a hospital treating a lot of COVID cases, it is safer to have restaurant staff put together all you will be touching instead of any self serve where many others are touching. Being I'm with my 93 year old dad, slipping out for a bite is a major logitical operation and thus nor an option. Being here for 8 hours, when expected wait time was 4 hours, we needed food. The hospital has implemented tight controls and are limiting people (both patients and visitors). One can maintain 20' distance, easily. Hospital staff are enforcing proper mask wear (meaning they are correcting all not properly wearing the hospital provided masks). Sanitizer is readily available. Although there are han sanitizer station inside the restaurant area, few people were using. I ordered a 6" turkey and cheese on Italian. It was assembled and packed by a masked & glove wearing person. The bread was fresh and so were the lettuce and tomato slices. As for service skills, the experienced supervisor made sure to increase volume for my old dad and gave additional assistance to him.

Horrible service. The employees are not knowable of the menu items. I was asked to pay before I choose my toppings I was the only person in the store.

I had the Worst customer experience in my life tonight . The cashier had No customer service. Very rude and unprofessional & who ever left her alone needs to rethink who they should have representing a place of business.She refused to give me her name and when I asked for her managers contact information her response was “we really don’t have a manager”.I will not be visiting this subway again & since you don’t have a manager I will be contacting your franchise OWNERS.

I called them to ask if they had soup being that they are located in a hospital. You would think they have soup for the sick people. The guy that answered the phone was so ride and sarcastic for no reason. I asked did they have soup he goes we have potatoe soup today. Then I go to say no broccoli cheese soup and he goes we have potatoe soup today as if I should have heard him the first time.

I would advise against eating here in the evenings, the food is okay, but the customer service is AWFUL!!! Slow, unhelpful, most of the area needed attention, manager was rude to a lady behind me.
It's down town, right achoo from the library, so if you haven't bad a decent meal, and you find yourself hungry, you know where to find it.

Yes, the food is what you always get at a Subway location. However, what made the visit an experience was the staff. Outgoing, personable and fun. I have been to many a fine dining establishment and not had this kind of service.
