The staff at this location never let me down. They're consistent, efficient and friendly. The store is always clean and welcoming. I look forward to visiting this location when I'm craving Subway.

Love this location! I always order ahead through the app and it’s always done in time or before! Staff is always friendly and welcome me in. It’s very clean inside and bathrooms, also they make really good sandwiches as if you were going to make yourself with extra attention and care. Highly recommend this location!

This experience is one reason why I stopped going to Subway for 2 years. I ordered 4 foot longs with different ingredients. They made them all the same. My mom wanted olives and no peppers because she can't eat them. It was covered in peppers. None of the condiments I asked for. They read the order for the first sandwich and didn't bother with the rest. Unless you're there policing them when they make it, it's a crap shoot with what you'll get. I stopped going before because you couldn't get any of their promotions without ordering ahead but a lot of places don't pay attention to what you asked for. I will say the sandwiches were made well, just not what we asked for. I had to get something else for my mom

Went to a different subway on northwest and they had specific details on what sandwich a coupon was allowed to use, this location was the opposite. They went above and beyond and ladies were smiling and super friendly. Great portions great quality. Will definitely come here when I want a subway sandwich.

Horrible customer service, in this place they treat you as if you owe them something. I hope that some supervisor does something and selects his staff better. It is a good area and we want to see happy people doing their job, not people frustrated by working where they don't like. At least put them to sweep in the back where they can't make faces and rude things at us.

Warning. Do not come here if you want to be treated like a human. Incredibly rude staff that refused to make my sandwiches that I ordered on mobile pick up… because I arrived early. They refused to make my order until the pick up time. Even though there was no one in the store. They all had a fun time laughing at me while I waited. Very sad experience.

I stopped by to pick up lunch for my boss. I ordered a 6” flatbread , roast beef, provolone, lettuce, onions, mayo.. I also ordered 2 cookies and brought 2 bags of chips to the register.When I delivered lunch, my boss was upset, and you could barely see the meat, as they literally had ONE piece of torn meat on it, that did not even cover the length of the flatbread! The flatbread was so tough and chewy he could not even eat his lettuce onion mayo flatbread!To top it off, no cookies were in the bag… this place is nowhere I’d return to, as I had problems with my order the last time I visited as well.Total waste of money, and I literally got in trouble with my employer.
