Horrible customer service, in this place they treat you as if you owe them something. I hope that some supervisor does something and selects his staff better. It is a good area and we want to see happy people doing their job, not people frustrated by working where they don't like. At least put them to sweep in the back where they can't make faces and rude things at us.

Warning. Do not come here if you want to be treated like a human. Incredibly rude staff that refused to make my sandwiches that I ordered on mobile pick up… because I arrived early. They refused to make my order until the pick up time. Even though there was no one in the store. They all had a fun time laughing at me while I waited. Very sad experience.

I stopped by to pick up lunch for my boss. I ordered a 6” flatbread , roast beef, provolone, lettuce, onions, mayo.. I also ordered 2 cookies and brought 2 bags of chips to the register.When I delivered lunch, my boss was upset, and you could barely see the meat, as they literally had ONE piece of torn meat on it, that did not even cover the length of the flatbread! The flatbread was so tough and chewy he could not even eat his lettuce onion mayo flatbread!To top it off, no cookies were in the bag… this place is nowhere I’d return to, as I had problems with my order the last time I visited as well.Total waste of money, and I literally got in trouble with my employer.

The first employee we met here, Gerardo, saved my family's opinion of subway with his attentiveness and general great service. The quality of some locations seemed to decline in recent years but I kept trying because I love the concept, and the food when the standards are kept. I had about given up but we stopped by this location one night as we needed a quick meal desperately. The store was kept very clean, and food was fresh, but the customer service was way above and beyond what I would expect from a subway, or any quick dining for that matter. We have come back to this location time and time again and are always given the same quality experience, no matter who is working. Thank you guys for being a shining star in this new world where an affordable and quality experience is hard to find. We have since moved much farther away, but still make the drive to frequent this restaurant as it is... simply put... The very best! Thanks to the awesome staff for keeping the best subway has to offer on our family's menu!
Vegetarian options: Best subway for a veggie liver like me! Non soy based veggie patties always available at this location. Other than that, they offer an egg and cheese option all day if you don't mind the egg. The veggie delight is never a bad option either if you don't want the protein punch just load up the veggies for a great and affordable sandwich! This location keeps their veggies rotated and fresh always and vegetarians seem to be kept in mind with the management as the veggie patties are up front and checked for freshness daily!
Kid-friendliness: Don't have kids but this is a great spot if you want a frozen yogurt treat after from next door!
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp located near entrance. Bathrooms located away from food lines for easy access without having to move through a hungry croud.
