My husband and I usually go there, we meet up for lunch. The service has always been great, the staff is friendly, the only thing that really upset me is that we use coupons once in a while when they come in the mail. I noticed they kinda don't want to honor them, but today a lady told my husband that his coupon had already been used and that he couldn't use it, when I saw him cut it off the circular it came in. Not cool, the coupons are printed so people can use them. Why have them printed if they're not going to be honored...

Terrible service. I placed my order online and when I picked up my order, it was completely cold. In the description I had said to please toast it but they completely ignored it. The employees here don’t know what they are doing. What surprised me the most was that it was in the morning, so I can’t imagine the service provided later in the afternoon.

My food was great! I was worried about the outdated reviews. I placed an order for in store pick up on the app at 6:30, my food was ready by 6:38. The app did not show the progress or that the food was ready, so I just walked in.

I was greeted by a friendly "welcome in" and a smile. My food was ready, sandwich was great (I ordered chicken with lots of veggies)

I'm disgusted as heck...I went there to get a sandwich and it stunk back where the ladies were at like dirty bathroom smells...I shouldn't of ordered a sandwich but I still did. when I got to work I discovered the bread is old and hard the meat stunk and I'm disappointed..I'm not sure what is happening to this store but they need to get rid of all of them women...they don't even let you see them cut the bread, they hide it with a stainless steel sheet..

Came in and got two meals and three cookies. The subs were made correctly, the bread lacked freshness. The drink station and tables were not clean. We had to wipe down a table to eat and while eating homeless people came inside to ask for money. When I asked the cashier to tell them to leave, the homeless guy proceeded to cus us out. Smh Then five minutes later another homeless person walked in asking for a cup of water and served themselves a soda from the drink station. The cashier at the time, though nice, seemed to enable these homeless people to harass the customers at this location. We did not enjoy our meals
