So I been coming to this exact spot for good year now never had a problem with the place at all the staff are wonderful but just today the owner got mad at me for using the coupon that is on the app and that’s just unprofessional behavior on his part

When you go to a restaurant, you expect the people making your food to be clean. The employee female was picking bacon from the counter and putting it in her mouth as she was assisting me she was using the same glove to touch ingredients and everything on the counter to me that is contaminated and to anybody that caresshe did not even know what was the number seven or what was on it she made me read it for her. I did refuse the sandwich after I called her out, saying that she is putting that glove on her mouth as she is preparing a sandwich.

They play Spanish radio….it feels extremely ghetto. I know there are homeless people, it doesn’t help having to hear something that isn’t remotely English. Only reason why I bother coming to this location is the pure fact it’s down by planet fitness after a workout.

My husband and I usually go there, we meet up for lunch. The service has always been great, the staff is friendly, the only thing that really upset me is that we use coupons once in a while when they come in the mail. I noticed they kinda don't want to honor them, but today a lady told my husband that his coupon had already been used and that he couldn't use it, when I saw him cut it off the circular it came in. Not cool, the coupons are printed so people can use them. Why have them printed if they're not going to be honored...

Honestly the new guy here is no Bueno he charged me for 3 sandwiches and I only order 2 and he has the audacity to ask me if I just want another sandwich boy ya lazy

Terrible service. I placed my order online and when I picked up my order, it was completely cold. In the description I had said to please toast it but they completely ignored it. The employees here don’t know what they are doing. What surprised me the most was that it was in the morning, so I can’t imagine the service provided later in the afternoon.

My food was great! I was worried about the outdated reviews. I placed an order for in store pick up on the app at 6:30, my food was ready by 6:38. The app did not show the progress or that the food was ready, so I just walked in.

I was greeted by a friendly "welcome in" and a smile. My food was ready, sandwich was great (I ordered chicken with lots of veggies)
