Horrible customer service. Norma is very rude and bad attitude. Did not understand a basic sandwich in Spanish or English . She was not very friendly to the customers behind me either. Will not be returning because of her .

AVOID THIS LOCATIONI always go to this location but this will be the last time. I went in and ordered my sandwich and as I got to the front I tried to use a coupon. She said they would not accept this coupon because of the type of meat I got. Nowhere on the coupon did it say anything about this. It listed 5 sandwiches that weren’t included on the coupon and I did not get any of those sandwiches. I understand not accepting coupons at all but it’s ridiculous to make up your own rules for the coupon. She was very rude about it as well. There was no other customers in the store and now I see why.

Staff seem clueless, unable to answer basic questions, or understand English. Submitted an online order in store and repeatedly informed the staff. Which did not check their orders until an alarm sounded.

Got to give it a 1 star, most laziest workers ever. The first time i came in and the lady didn't even greet me or ask me what I wanted, just staring at me awkwardly as I asked her what I wanted. and the 2nd time I was about to get Subway for my lunch for work, they closed the store 20 mins early when the sign said 10:00pm

If I could put zero stars I would. I went at 6pm on saturday and it clearly says that they close at 10 , when I went there they had all the chairs from the high tables on top of the table like they were about to close ,and when I ask an employee if I could take a chair down from the table down and sit down she said no with a bad attitude and told me to sit in another table but not in those, and they only had two small tables available to sit down . there is two employees and the place is disgusting and dirty. One of the doors was close to enter the place also . If subway doesn’t pay enough to hire positive people how is that the customer fault or problem ? to not receive a positive customer service . ?? I will never come to this place ever in my life , I will probably think twice to go to a subway again . I’m so disappointed.

They have the most laziest women I ever meet. Came in and the chicanas where gossiping while I stood there for 5 min. And then she comes over whit her belly sticking out thinking she’s cute, and serves my sandwich so slow and the amount of food she was giving was more for like a kids meal! Sad and poor customer service!

Had a coldcut tro believe me when I say my order was a vegetarian sandwich I looked at my sandwich for the cold cuts they were sliced so thin it was unreal I'm never spending my money here again.

I had just found the location since our move. First time loved it along with the second time, was alone both times. I was telling my spouse about how nice it was so we stopped. A young Hispanic girl waited on us. She had to be told three times what bread we chose. Three foot longs I gave my order for the first two and my spouse couldn't make up her mind. She just stood there. When she decided she in formed us that bacon would be extra charge on the turkey calle and the menu states it comes with the sandwich and preceded to make it on the first bread in line which I told her was a Boss. Three times I had tovtell her the Called was on the third bread. I said the first was a Boss and she said the Salamis was extra on it. We both asked why and she just smirked and said it just was. Well we looked at each other and turned and walked out. My wife said guess you shouldn't have bragged on them. To say I was mad would be making light of it. I will be coming to talk to the manager soon. For clarification. Won't eat there again if I don't get it.

This subway is clean & not to busy & I figured out why!! Cause the prices of this franchised subway is absolutely ridiculous!! You meaning to tell me that my 6" regular turkey sandwich is $7 W/O the meal? I usually use coupons but the day I came in (which has been a long time) it's a sign that says no coupons accepted for Chicken Bacon Ranch, chicken teriyaki, buffalo chicken, rotisserie chicken, & the steak & I understand it's franchised so they can make their own rules but that's just messed up with the coupon saying I could use it on any sandwich except the cali one. So I decided to use it on my turkey & they spoke in Spanish (assuming I didn't speak it since I'm black but.. I do) & they were making fun of me.. wow so unprofessional.
