The manager was extremely rude. They refused to break a $100 bill for a $27 order. They couldn’t do a safe drop and let me wait for the change. The manager got snippy and snatched my food off the counter making me stand there and hold up the line while I figured something else out because this store is unprepared. Which is crazy considering it’s right off an extremely busy highway and constantly has high foot traffic.
If you work in the medical field, settle for McDonald’s because they won’t have the time to make your sandwich or help trouble shoot their own store issues.
The food was edible to say the least. Probably not the best veggies though.

As I walked in an employee walked out. I stood at the “order here” for a few minutes. Nothing. An online order came in by an audible sound. A young woman walked out from the back. I said “Hello” she said “Hi”. She proceeded to ignore me and process the online order with three sandwich items. I informed her I had not been helped yet. She replied “I know”. I then asked “So you are going to process an online order before me while I stand here?” She smirked and said “Yes, that is the rule.”
I put my chips back on the rack and walked out as she said “But I guess I can make an exception. What would you like….”
As I walked out the door a strong smell of weed (Marijuana) immediately hit my nose from around the corner where the employee who walked outside was. I walked to my car and drove off. The employee smoking weed started to walk in as he saw me going to my car empty handed.
Of course they were of African American descent.

It was 3 people working when we came in. All busy and we had to wait, which on this day I didn't mind. When we were finally helped, about 10, 15 minutes later, 2 guys clocked out and left 1. He was good but slow. It was us only in the restaurant, and then it began to get crowded. The person was serving one at a time. Guy was friendly but slow.

Came in the subway and one guy was on the phone and the other was staring at the the guy on the phone. I asked him if I could get my sandwich and he ignored me so I left terrible service.

This sucks, on this location if you order a sandwich they only put the veggies that come with that sandwich, if you want to add another veggies that the sandwich you order does not come with they switch it to build your own. And is like 3 dollars more if you just and one veggie item.My sandwich cane out ti be 19 $, that's crazy.

$17 wasted to be disappointed :(, ordered online and they gave me wheat bread instead of italian herbs and cheese, the chicken is different than other locations ive had this same sandwhich, also only got a single small strip of bacon on one half of the sandwhich, and they didn't put any baja chipotle sauce.

Purchased 3 footlongs at 7:09pm. Went to use the restroom to wash my hands. I was yelled at because the bathrooms were closed. I assumed cleaning, but no. I was informed they close them at night. I was the 2 hours before closing. How long do you operate your restaurant with you restroom closed for the night. I know there's a keypad to enter but had locked them for the night.

This place won't let you choose your own vegetables or condiments to put on your sandwich anymore. Told me that they charge extra just to put onions on it because the description doesn't say onions. I left, there are plenty of other sandwich shops that care to serve their customers. I will be removing this location from my lunch stop places.
