Served me 2 ripped up price of bread on both sandwiches with most of the meat on one side. Sandwich was falling apart as they were puttingit together. Charged me extra for extra pickles which I've never had of over 10 years of eating at subway. Very condesending new person. Terrible service 4/26. 9pm. 1st and last time here. Will never be back. Go to one of three within 10 minutes of this one. One is literally down the road of Coit

I will never getting burned out on sandwiches (my favorite) especially when it's made by your favorite Subway team. They know me when I walk in and know exactly what type of sandwich I want and love. They go over and beyond the call of duty! I can't early to become a millionaire and come back to take them home with me. All the sandwiches I want!!!!! Wrap was stale probably sitting out for too long, all the veggies looked old too

Came in 30 minutes before they closed and a worker instantly told us to leave because they were cleaning and getting ready to close (mind you he was sitting down with his baby mama not doing anything) horrible service and horrible and workers. This place needs a whole new team.

The manager was extremely rude. They refused to break a $100 bill for a $27 order. They couldn’t do a safe drop and let me wait for the change. The manager got snippy and snatched my food off the counter making me stand there and hold up the line while I figured something else out because this store is unprepared. Which is crazy considering it’s right off an extremely busy highway and constantly has high foot traffic. If you work in the medical field, settle for McDonald’s because they won’t have the time to make your sandwich or help trouble shoot their own store issues. The food was edible to say the least. Probably not the best veggies though.
As I walked in an employee walked out. I stood at the “order here” for a few minutes. Nothing. An online order came in by an audible sound. A young woman walked out from the back. I said “Hello” she said “Hi”. She proceeded to ignore me and process the online order with three sandwich items. I informed her I had not been helped yet. She replied “I know”. I then asked “So you are going to process an online order before me while I stand here?” She smirked and said “Yes, that is the rule.” I put my chips back on the rack and walked out as she said “But I guess I can make an exception. What would you like….” As I walked out the door a strong smell of weed (Marijuana) immediately hit my nose from around the corner where the employee who walked outside was. I walked to my car and drove off. The employee smoking weed started to walk in as he saw me going to my car empty handed. Of course they were of African American descent.
