Store opened late 8:08 today not one apology given from Veronica. I tried to place the order online it wouldn’t go through probably due to Veronica not being open on time. She makes my sandwich and i tell her im paying online because it’s cheaper she continues to ask me for the regular cost of the sandwich. Get employees who understand how customer service works. Had she ask me to pay the promo code online i would have done so gladly. Get people who arrive to work on tome. Hire people who know how to apologize when they open late. She also removed the sandwich from the counter as if i was going to steal it. Im surprised in this area no one has put hands on her as she is very rude. I have to ask for fresh lettuce every time. Terrible service, I spent 30 minutes waiting for the lady who was there to attend. He would take an order and go inside about 5 minutes later he would come out and take another order and talk in front of all the customers. He wanted to saw the door. When it was my turn for the master to take my order he told me he didn't have what I wanted. If they are not happy with their job, why do they go to work? It was a very unpleasant experience. Terrible service

They have a tendency to be closed way earlier than they need to be. And will leave the open sign on so you can't tell that they're closed from afar very disrespectful bad with business.

Ordered from this location on Uber Eats and I always mark TOASTED because I’m pregnant and need it to be toasted since I can’t eat cold cuts but idk if maybe they don’t know how to read but they never do. I dont give bad reviews and I would normally just let it go but I can’t eat it and it’s just a waste of money.

I can’t express enough of how good customer service can go a long way with people…I was in a pinch today and went to Sam’s, CostCo, Jason’s Deli, and McAlister’s demo and no one had our could make me 15 sandwiches for out business party!!! But this Subway made it happen!!! Great spot!!! Jose and Gabriel definitely need a raise!
