I can’t express enough of how good customer service can go a long way with people…I was in a pinch today and went to Sam’s, CostCo, Jason’s Deli, and McAlister’s demo and no one had our could make me 15 sandwiches for out business party!!! But this Subway made it happen!!! Great spot!!! Jose and Gabriel definitely need a raise!
The young people working there need more experience making the sandwiches and the older women there are rude, very greedy with their spinach, if you ask for extra they throw 2 leaves on their. It's an ok place, it's in the Grove what do you expect.
The staff here are friendly and they care enough to remember how to make your goto sandwhich. I went here once a week for lunch on Fridays and wasn't disappointed at all. The restraunt is clean and always smells like fresh baked bread! The bathroom is stocked and clean every time I visit. They have handicap accessible parking, a ramp and door. You press a button and the door opens on its own.
