Horrible customer service! Rude and I got charged for my food for an online order I placed during my lunch break and they ended up saying I never paid and they accused me of not paying. I showed them that I paid with my app through the SUBWAY APP AND APPLE PAY and my bank ALL 3 showed my payment. They made my sandwich after I showed them my order with my phone and it sat on the counter and they told me they will give it to me when my order came through I waited my whole lunch break and it never came through but the app said COME PICK UP YOUR DELICIOUS SANDWICH that is was ready for pick up after I showed them this again they still said there was nothing on their end. The gentleman that worked there kept saying that I needed to pay again to get my sandwich. I said to him and the lady I will not as I showed them it went through on all of my banking apps connected with the account and order. I ended up leaving with no food and waisted my lunch break with nothing to eat and accused of not paying and they wanted me to pay again to get the cold sandwich they made off my mobile devices order and had it sitting on the counter for over 25 minutes. I did not like the way they spoke to me and made me feel like I was trying to get over on them. They were rude raising their voices getting upset that I kept asking if my order came in yet. No help at all no solution and no care.

If you want a bad experience, this is the place!!!. They give the wrong orders. I waited my turn to take my order using the Subway app, and when I arrived, I was told someone else had taken my order and that I had to wait for it to be prepared again. They took longer than expected and were very disrespectful.

I knew it was going to be bad, but I did not expect it to be this bad.
Most of the fountain drinks were out of order. Everything was sticky. Everything tasted like it had sat for well over a month but somehow was not rotten yet. Most of the chip selection was out, all they had were regular lays and a few bags of nacho cheese doritos. I ended up getting tea, and it did not look like the spout has been washed, like ever.

Definitely not worth stopping by. I see why I have not had subway in several years. It's the same at every location now. Sad.

Store closes an hour earlier than any other store. 9 times out of 10 when I go in there they don't have any bread all they've got is flatbread. And when you go in there you get the feeling that you're bothering them and all they want to do is leave.

waited 6 minutes while Maggie and her coworker chatted up, after finally being acknowledged she was so into the conversation she asked me if I wanted it toasted 3X. After my sandwich sat there until he got to it by the time it was already cold. Very poor customer service

I came in with a co-worker for us to have our lunch. Told my co-worker "I had to use the restroom," as I approached the door, it was locked, knocked on the door no answer.
A person I thought was a customer stood up and entered the staff area(now noticing he is a staff member) got the key to the bathroom to unlock it and (he saw me knock on the door) go into the bathroom so I choose to just order/eat my food then use the restroom.
Ordering my food I was right behind my co-worker. Near the end the employee asked if we will pay separately or together. We both said separately, so she said to my co-worker, let me finish up my sub before the bill for his sub.(Thought it was weird but was like whatever.) My co-worker was then able to use the restroom. Sadly, the employee had our bill together. Best of all, when I was about to finish my sub to use the restroom, the employee that took our order locked the bathroom back up and before I could ask if they could unlock, she was out of sight. With one employee making an order for a customer at the front but knowing 3 employees are in the back.(4 people in the shop when we came in one behind the counter and 3 sitting at tables, those 3 were all employees, because they all went into the employee area and disappeared in the back.)
Not being able to use the restroom and employee mixing up the payment option made the service and atmosphere a 1 star for me

This was my first time at this location, but never again. First of all I want to say that whenever I got there I was waiting because the lady was doing online orders by herself. Then the “manager” comes and help, he did my order super rudely he has really bad customer service, he was basically throwing my stuff on my sandwich and I kept telling him to stop but he didn’t seem to care also he said he couldn’t add anymore stuff to my sandwich because it wasn’t going to close . For me that’s all excuses. This is unbelievable honestly. Don’t go there if you want to be treated rudely by the supposedly “manager”. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time
