The person who manages or owns this location, who appears to be of Indian or Arab origin, displays behavior that is not acceptable. His treatment and service of customers are extremely rude and unprofessional. If he is not the owner, it would be prudent to consider dismissing him. His actions indicate a propensity for discriminatory behavior, and it is troubling to consider that there may be additional incidents. Furthermore, the woman who works with him seems to acquiesce to his behavior and makes disparaging remarks about Latino and Black individuals. I recommend reporting this incident to Subway, as I witnessed his treatment of a customer, and the mistake was entirely his fault.It wasn't the customer's fault.

Super clean and had nice conversation with employees. Most of all super appreciative at the fact that the gentleman that helped me change his gloves due to the fact of me, not eating pork after making my daughters sandwich that had bacon.

They don't believe n changing gloves after touching equipment..I asked them to change gloves and she said ( ooh ! Do u want me to) brown lettuce in both tubs..omg

Horrible customer service! Rude and I got charged for my food for an online order I placed during my lunch break and they ended up saying I never paid and they accused me of not paying. I showed them that I paid with my app through the SUBWAY APP AND APPLE PAY and my bank ALL 3 showed my payment. They made my sandwich after I showed them my order with my phone and it sat on the counter and they told me they will give it to me when my order came through I waited my whole lunch break and it never came through but the app said COME PICK UP YOUR DELICIOUS SANDWICH that is was ready for pick up after I showed them this again they still said there was nothing on their end. The gentleman that worked there kept saying that I needed to pay again to get my sandwich. I said to him and the lady I will not as I showed them it went through on all of my banking apps connected with the account and order. I ended up leaving with no food and waisted my lunch break with nothing to eat and accused of not paying and they wanted me to pay again to get the cold sandwich they made off my mobile devices order and had it sitting on the counter for over 25 minutes. I did not like the way they spoke to me and made me feel like I was trying to get over on them. They were rude raising their voices getting upset that I kept asking if my order came in yet. No help at all no solution and no care.
