I came in with a co-worker for us to have our lunch. Told my co-worker "I had to use the restroom," as I approached the door, it was locked, knocked on the door no answer.
A person I thought was a customer stood up and entered the staff area(now noticing he is a staff member) got the key to the bathroom to unlock it and (he saw me knock on the door) go into the bathroom so I choose to just order/eat my food then use the restroom.
Ordering my food I was right behind my co-worker. Near the end the employee asked if we will pay separately or together. We both said separately, so she said to my co-worker, let me finish up my sub before the bill for his sub.(Thought it was weird but was like whatever.) My co-worker was then able to use the restroom. Sadly, the employee had our bill together. Best of all, when I was about to finish my sub to use the restroom, the employee that took our order locked the bathroom back up and before I could ask if they could unlock, she was out of sight. With one employee making an order for a customer at the front but knowing 3 employees are in the back.(4 people in the shop when we came in one behind the counter and 3 sitting at tables, those 3 were all employees, because they all went into the employee area and disappeared in the back.)
Not being able to use the restroom and employee mixing up the payment option made the service and atmosphere a 1 star for me

Literally just went in and this dude just yells “no customer” and turns me away with no explanation whatsoever 💀💀 last time they had just opened too and they turned me away for no reason, weird place just say you can’t handle a business and go

This was my first time at this location, but never again. First of all I want to say that whenever I got there I was waiting because the lady was doing online orders by herself. Then the “manager” comes and help, he did my order super rudely he has really bad customer service, he was basically throwing my stuff on my sandwich and I kept telling him to stop but he didn’t seem to care also he said he couldn’t add anymore stuff to my sandwich because it wasn’t going to close . For me that’s all excuses. This is unbelievable honestly. Don’t go there if you want to be treated rudely by the supposedly “manager”. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to this time

They have a low rating for a reason. They do not even have a bathroom to wash your hands before you eat. I wonder if they wash their hands. I would highly advise no one eat here.

The man in charge, assuming it’s the manager based on other reviews, just doesn’t get it. Allowed too many online orders so he literally just (very rudely) turns away paying customers walking into his empty restaurant. No apology. Only explanation was too many online orders so he couldn’t serve us, which btw was also his solution to me… walk out and place an online order. ???? There’s no such thing as good service anymore. You should just be glad if you are even allowed in at this point.
