A very much love to order from this place customer service was wonderful especially Employee that was named Sophia she asked what I requested. She was very nice and very talkative. I like employees that interact with customers like that she should definitely get a raise. She seems like a high school student and definitely should be making more than what she’s probably getting paid she is the best. It’s an honestly clean place as well not like other food places that aren’t really clean.

Unfortunately, this is easily the worst Subway location I have been to. The employees do not seem to care about the customers at all. Close the store 15-20 minutes early and lock the door most days. Consistently slow service when open. Corners cut everywhere. Obviously management is not present or leading their staff well at all.

Will not be ordering from here ever again. I placed a curbside pick up and on the app it said it was ready for pick up once I checked in it took them 15 minutes to get me my food. I had to call the restaurant where the lady hung up the phone then I called again and she told me that I still had to wait because she was busy with people that kept coming in way after I was there. The reason I chose a curbside pick up was because I had my daughter and dog in the car with me. She was so rude and did not even get my order right. Now I'm getting emails from a person named Clayton Hanks that is giving me some excuse saying they are usually busy during 12 to 1 pm when I did not even go at that time I went at 340pm. He is also wanting me home address to send me some coupons for some free sandwiches and he is nuts if I'm going to give a stranger my home address. So unprofessional all of them and still have the emails he sent me as proof
