Worst customer service ever experienced at this location. The manager is unprofessional and very rude with customers. She refused to use the restroom said first you need to order the sandwich and pay then she will let use the restroom. She must know this is discrimination not to let the customer use the restroom even though I have medical conditions and wanted to use the bathroom. There was another employee she put only few vegetable on sandwiched , up one request for extra vegetables she showed me the chart how much she allowed to put. It’s better need a scale to weigh all the vegetables before you put on sandwich

Extremely Disappointed – Restrooms Always Closed
This is my third time coming to this Subway within the past month, and every single time, the restrooms have been closed to the public. I don’t understand how a business can operate and serve food yet not allow paying customers to use the restroom.
I can understand if there are concerns about non-customers or homeless individuals coming in, but that still doesn’t justify denying restroom access to people who are purchasing meals. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to sit down and eat without even being able to wash their hands.
This is unacceptable and shows poor customer service and management. If this location can’t accommodate basic hygiene needs for its customers, then it shouldn’t be open for dine-in service at all.

This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I will never go back. One of the staff members was incredibly rude and disrespectful, making the entire experience unpleasant.
To make things worse, they tried to charge me $3 for just seven extra olives—that’s completely unreasonable.
The service was terrible, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Worst customer service from Maria!!!
This lady when i asked for #18 and wanted to do some changes with veggies. I was told by her I was not able to change any veggies.... since I order a #18 I cold only get it the way it shows in menu!!?
Never in my entire life eating at subway have I heard of this stupid reason to not being able to change veggies....
This lady is either stupid or needs better training.

I will never go to this Subway again. Ordered a Tuna sub with onion and cucmber. Asked for some extra onion and was told no. Asked if I could pay for extra onion, was told no. Really wish I had just walked out, it was the worst sandwich i ever had.

walked in the store fully clothed, nothing was reveled on my body and this woman refused service to me as soon as i stepped foot through the door then refused to tell me why i couldn’t get food. don’t come here she sucks and is very unprofessional.

So the guy behind the counter that was wearing enough makeup for 5 females told me I couldn’t have my sandwich the way I wanted. It continued to tell me I have to get what comes on it. I told it several times I do not want that in my sandwich as it proceeded to make it how it wanted. I let it wrap up the sandwich and walked out without a sandwich. That place is horrible.

I walked into this subway ready to get something to eat and as soon as I walked in they refused to me service and stated for me to get out I then proceeded to ask if I would be able to eat here they said no i don’t understand the reason and
