Please find another subway! The workers here are beyond RUDE! The lady refused my service because she had an altercation with a customer ahead of me…seriously!! And no one was wearing a name tag to identify them. When asked for a manager, the rude worker stated “i am the manager!”….NOT ACTING LIKE THAT YOURE NOT!!!

I ordered a sandwich without any requests to change the sandwich. I wanted the sandwich as it was listed on the menu. I then asked if they could add mayo and was told “NO!”. I said I am not allowed to add a condiment to a sandwich and was told no!

Don’t come to this location!

*Please educate your employees on the difference between condiments and asking for changes to a sandwich that must be sold as is.

I walked in, was Looking at the menu, and lo and behold there was a roach where the workers prep the food and serve a customers. Never ever have I ever seen anything like that in my life. Be careful and don’t eat there because there were roaches, and the workers didn’t seem to care. If you want to get sick, go right ahead and eat.

No water cups. They want you to pay $2.19 for a cup for water. If I buy a sandwich you'd better give me a free water cup. If not you don't deserve my business and you won't get it.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The service was awful and the people working there didn’t even know what they were doing. I placed an online order and when I went to retrieve it, they said the order wasn’t processed although they had clearly taken the money from my bank account, I asked them if they could still make my sandwich but they refused and when I asked for a refund (as I did not receive any sandwich for the money I CLEARLY paid) they also refused and told me to call my bank instead. Honestly just horrible customer service!!
