I’ve been a Subway customer for years and order foot-longs regularly. This was, by far, the smallest and thinnest foot-long sandwich I’ve ever received.

Very little filling was added. Even after requesting standard toppings like spinach and jalapeños, only minimal amounts were applied. This was consistent across every sandwich ordered for my family, which points to a location-wide practice rather than an isolated mistake.

Compared to what I receive from other Subway locations—including when ordering through the app—these sandwiches were substantially smaller. I won’t be returning.

The subway location closes early every day showed up at 8:42 and they had the doors locked lights on open sign on, but said they were closed. This has happened more than once management needs to talk to associates

same sandwich i take every time but in this location the cashier charge me $4 extra more than another restaurants when i talked to her she gives me many reasons not acceptable 👎

Where is it ever you can’t use but one coupon if you have 2 different orders 2 different people the manger is definitely making up her own rules. She is always the only worker there she can’t keep any employees service just horrible

These two women that worked there named Karen and Sam today were the true definition of beautiful customer service. They were very interactive with the customers they spoke to engaged with me my daughter and the other customers simultaneously. They made the atmosphere so light to where i didn’t want to leave🤭🥰 they were beyond amazing

So I tried this location one more time. Maybe I need to try at a different time of the day. There is this young lady there, that I guess doesn't want to be at work. Every time she makes my sandwich, the bread is falling apart. Tuna is on top of the bread instead of inside it, veggies are outside of the sandwich. Sandwich is just thrown together. Needless to say that I won't ever go to this location again.

The lady was so nice. But when I unwrapped my sandwich, it had a hair on it. Wrapped between the mayo and the lettuce.

I love Subway but this location is horrible. It’s hot, the orders took forever, and the people are rude! I was mischarged for my sandwich as I didn’t know there were multiple honey mustard items on the menu. How she saw my small wrap and decided to charge me for a foot long sandwich, I’ll never know. I waited in line to get the mistake changed. When I got up there, she called over her manager and condescendingly said that I messed up telling her what I got. As though she couldn’t have asked clarifying questions instead of just guessing what I had. The manager said it’s a 50 cent difference, when it was like $2. I know it’s not much, but I don’t like to be overcharged if I don’t have to be. So instead of actually fixing the problem he offered me chips. Which I would’ve ordered in the first place if I wanted them. I’ve never been so disappointed in a subway location before.

I went to this location today. Molded bread. I work around the corner I normally go near my house but I decided to try. I had the wheat multi grain. I had already eaten a few bites!!!!! I wish the pictures did way more justice. But we all KNOW what mold spots look like —- grayish white. I went back not even 10 mins later and got a refund. I hoped the people in line saw me visually throwing away my sandwich and getting a refund.
