We went into Subway tonight 9/4 at 6:30and a girl who said her name was Diana gave extremely poor customer service. She was rude and ended up over charging us. I don’t understand why management doesn’t realize that it’s people like her that make a business go down. It’s all about customer service and this girl had NONE. After reading the other reviews, it seems like this has been an ongoing problem with the night crew. When is management going to do something about it!!!

I give it a no star if I could. My mobile order was not made correctly. Sandwiches weren’t even toasted.

The two young girls always close early an even going by 8 they refused to serve us knowing they didn’t close til 9 here’s a picture of it closed an hour before while they just hang around bad for business

My husband was on his lunch break (today during the dayshift) purchased an order & asked could they unlock the restroom door to wash his hands. The short chubby Hispanic woman told him it was out of order. Not even 10 minutes later a Hispanic came in & asked for the key to use the restroom, she pulled out the key. (She must of thought my husband left or forgot) He pointed out that she lied to him & the younger worker apologized, she just looked. Racism is real towards black Americans in allot of different scenarios!

Ugly place eat out and had to be ask if buying or not to use restrooms

Friday PM crew always closes early, doesn’t have any respect, and don’t want to do the jobs they’re payed to do. Service was terrible and they also made me leave the store 30-40 mins before closing. Very unprofessional in my opinion because I couldn’t even eat my food in peace.

do not go here on Fridays and on weekends employees decide the time they want to closed. The door hours stay open till 9pm but the employees always closed at 8pm. The night shift crew are always rude and act like they don’t want to take your order. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

The staff is awful and needs to be trained. The two girls working 05/30 pm shifts are unprofessional and rude.

Don’t even think about coming to this location during night shift . They were so rude , unprofessional, and inattentive. One of the workers touched her phone with her gloves on and then proceeded to make my sandwich!!! It also looks like it hadn’t been cleaned for months 🤮🤢🤢🤢
