The sandwich was trash I mean trash!!! I had so much mayonnaise and mustard on my sandwich with one layer of meat and a lot of veggies… I couldn’t eat my sandwich I had to take everything off just to wipe so stuff off to find out they never put cheeses or toasted my bread… This was an online order and I’m at work so I couldn’t correct the order.

Service was great. Bubi will never order the Classic Party Platter ever again. Some sandwiches didn't have cheese. Very little meat. Very little on everything. $58.44 was not worth it. Next day on time service was great. Payed ahead was understandable but ended up with more bread than a good party ?

Excellent service and food. My friend forgot her bank card when she paid for her food. The lady at checkout, ran out to our car after us to return the card. Honest people for sure.

I was expecting to be the only one in the store came into a huge line in and out in less than 5
Wont allow paying customers to use the restroom. Even after I told them I was driving a trash truck. They expect you to eat with dirty hands. Plus the place itself was pretty dirty. You can tell they dont care about cleanliness or appearance.

Everything was OK until it was time for check out after given them a coupon I was told their manager restricted their coupons after she/him left also if we try do the points their system will shut down... wow really ? I should have cxld my order but the staff was polite also with the banana pepper I'm not sure of they cut them themselves but I've found two hard-core pieces in my sandwich it's clean never be crowded just disappointed

The guys were rude did not want to give service at all almost walked out but my family was hungry we spent over 100 dollars there to be disgusted with our food after we left a guy got fired for doing his job the manager sucks and should not be running a restaurant
