worst experience!!! and i lovvve subway!!! this location is just not it, or at least not in the evening. i placed an online and got there at the time indicated, the kids working there did not even acknowledge and they had nobody there. i proceed on saying that i was there for my online order, he didn’t even say anything and went and took the receipt from register, im assuming they didn’t even see that it was there. he starts making the sandwiches and got finished with them 15 min later, never did he apologize or talked to me, what’s the purpose of online ordering then????? i left didn’t say anything because my boys were already hungry. once im at home opening my sandwich, my entire order is wrong all the veggies were incorrect, and no dressing requested. once we go back, got there at 9:15pm when store closes at 10pm and they are already close. saw the kid look at me, i showed him the sandwich and he still ignored me smh. these kids def need more training.

I asked if the restroom was available and they acted like they couldn't answer a question. “One moment please”. Then after I asked again they cursed me out. Two Hispanic women with a temper. I just wanted my food and to wash my hands but that's asking too much. Don't come here. Go to Potbelly.

They should update the hours, they say that they open at 8:30 am and it is 8:50 and they are still closed and the employee tells you with a very bad attitude that if I don't look at the open that is turned off, then if I look at it as well as the hours that are supposed to already be open

Everytime I come here at night I have an issue the workers in the day love working. I came just for a salad there where 2 people in front of me one boy took 10+ minutes on one foot long and one six inch when the customers barely had any toppings he was flirting the guy helping him seen me standing in line waiting and continued to help people who came in after me I stood in line for 15+ minutes without even being acknowledged I will go to corporate this time since reporting to the managers doesn’t do anything this location sucks and gnats are always flying around the cookie area if I could give 0 stars I would y’all customer care sucks

Don’t eat at this subway I was a employee there and they have water bugs the GM let me go because I was working over time and he wouldn’t pay me for the over time than when I told him I was going to sue him and let me go he didn’t even have a reason to fire me and I will be pressing Charges they don’t like black PEOLPE at all and it’s not right

If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered a meal from the app and even got sent a text saying that a door dasher was going to pick it up. My order ended up being canceled and called subway more than 5 times and no pickup!!!!! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I wouldn’t be writing this review if they would’ve simply picked up the phone and had told me what went wrong with my order. Glad I could’ve gotten my money back just by calling my bank. With that being said I don’t recommend ordering from this location!!!!

I usually order from the app. I ordered 2 footlongs, two different times and both were made wrong. Idk if the kids that work there just don’t read the ticket or don’t wanna make the orders and do the extra work. Hopedulky this issue is

When you order two subs and try to call to get information if they had already left the store or just wanting to ask anything they leave the phone to ring until it hangs up. Waited for an hour and still no answer or subs. Update: went to the location and talked to the employees there. Said I didn’t answer phone and the DoorDash we brought them back to subway. After work I went to the location and asked about what happened to the order. They show me the sandwiches I ordered but when I asked from them they refused to give me the 3 hour old sandwiches one of them did try to help me and make another but the manager said they couldn’t do that after showing I got charged from subway app and bank account. I will not be coming back

me and my friend came here the morning after taylor swift (for recovery) and it was the best decision! the manager (i think) took our order and was so sweet and helpful. great service and great sandwiches!!! ❤️
