Don’t eat at this subway I was a employee there and they have water bugs the GM let me go because I was working over time and he wouldn’t pay me for the over time than when I told him I was going to sue him and let me go he didn’t even have a reason to fire me and I will be pressing Charges they don’t like black PEOLPE at all and it’s not right

If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered a meal from the app and even got sent a text saying that a door dasher was going to pick it up. My order ended up being canceled and called subway more than 5 times and no pickup!!!!! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I wouldn’t be writing this review if they would’ve simply picked up the phone and had told me what went wrong with my order. Glad I could’ve gotten my money back just by calling my bank. With that being said I don’t recommend ordering from this location!!!!

When you order two subs and try to call to get information if they had already left the store or just wanting to ask anything they leave the phone to ring until it hangs up. Waited for an hour and still no answer or subs. Update: went to the location and talked to the employees there. Said I didn’t answer phone and the DoorDash we brought them back to subway. After work I went to the location and asked about what happened to the order. They show me the sandwiches I ordered but when I asked from them they refused to give me the 3 hour old sandwiches one of them did try to help me and make another but the manager said they couldn’t do that after showing I got charged from subway app and bank account. I will not be coming back

me and my friend came here the morning after taylor swift (for recovery) and it was the best decision! the manager (i think) took our order and was so sweet and helpful. great service and great sandwiches!!! ❤️

Would have easily scored 5 Stars, had my family of 5, would of had access to the restrooms, which are provided for the Customers. I understand their remodeling, But ur still OPEN for business and CUSTOMERS are STILL patronizing. We DINED In, So NO access to the restrooms were disappointing! And it wasn't that they were remodeling the restrooms, I Found out on the way out, that Non- Customers tend to just walk in and do GOD knows what in their restrooms!!!!!! I Understand, That's Despicable!!? BUT, What about The Paying Customers and Our Convience? WORK IT OUT FOR US! I'm sure, ALL of us will appreciate it EXTREMELY! Bad experience! The two sandwiches were SOAKED in oil and manager had an attitude. They only have white bread or flatbread. If they dont have what u ordered online, they will just give u whatever they want. No communication on substitutions.

This subway in the CLIFF, is not that bad but looks like they need to finish building this place up. Just know to use the restroom before visiting this place because the restrooms are out of service, lol. They have to lock doors because of vagrants, again typical oak cliff. The food was very good but the lettuce man, they need to run down to Fiesta and grab some fresh heads of lettuce. The employees here were pretty good getting the order right so feel good ordering here. The cookies weren't quite so fresh. Overall, I didn't get sick and enjoyed my day so drop by.

I hardly do reviews but this place is the worst. They never have chips or sodas in stock, the soda machine never works, they never have cookies, tables are dirty. All the employees have no customer service. You'll need to speak up because they all have their earbuds in. God forbid if you come in right before closing. They throw the mop and yell profanities. They should all be fired

Subway lady miss "Erika" she has a bad attitude like no people skills at all don't recommend to come in Sunday afternoons..!!!! I just put one star cuz the app don't let me post my review if I don't choose it but to be his way it doesn't deserve it..!!!!
