They are so rude. They move very slow. They also get defensive if they make a mistake and you try to correct it. The lady forgot to toast my bread and proceeded to throw my sandwich in the oven with cold ingredients although it was her mistake.

This Subway is located inside Mountain View College and Trinidad Garza ECHS’ campus. It’s pretty cute and cool, if they had one more worker it would be fast as heck. Don’t doordash or order delivery from here probably since the demand from the college and early college students is high. Really convenient for anyone on campus though.

Customer service at the MVC location has gone down tremendously. I didn't see any of the awesome staff members they used to have. I ordered a Spicy Italian, an Italian BMT, and a pepperoni pizza. The young woman that took my order made two spicy Italians. I don't know what she was on but she kept forgetting things, unable to understand (or wasn't listening), and spacing out. I like the spicy italian so I let it slide. Throughout this part of the interaction, she kept asking questions that had nothing to do with the food. I asked about the pizza and she told me I had to order at the other side and pay for it there. She charged me for two six inch sandwhiches and one meal. I asked if they accepted app payments and she was zoning out and unable to fully form a sentence. I tried paying and she asked for my card so I went ahead and just used the card. I was not about to let her handle my card at that point. I then went over to the other side where two others were waiting. No one was there and then she came up. She completely ignored the first guy, asked the second person if she had been helped and then turned to me as the young woman was telling her that the young man in front was first. She turned to me to ask of I'd been helped only for the others to speak up. She was not getting it. She waa zoning out. I'm 100% sure she was on something because the way she carried herself. She finally got started on the guys pizza and someone else took his payment. Meanwhile, she could not comprehend the young womans simple request for her pizza. All she wanted was a bbq chicken pizza and ranch to be added after it was cooked. The girl behind the counter began adding the bbq and suddenly stood there staring into space. It was very uncomfortable to witness. I used to see druggies at the hospital and on DART buses who acted like this. They always made me uncomfortable and I didn't expect to experience that inside a school building. Yeah, not what I want to experience at school. Anyways, someone whom I assume is a manager called her over to the back area and a young man helped me. After my pizza was done, she had come back and asked if I'd been helped. She then told me she'd charge me at the same spot at before. She then tried to charge me for the drink I already had and wanted to know what sandwhiches I had to charge me. Thankfully I had the receipt tp show her she had already charged me for them. Also, she charged me for a medium instead of small pizza. She added that I had asked for bbq and two other ingredients I didn't ask for when all I ordered was a small Pepperoni pizza with nothing else. I've never been so upset about eating there until that day. Everyone I told this to, has told me how horrible service has been lately.
