The ladies that works there were amazing!!! It was my first time visiting Dallas (from MD) so I took the bus to explore the downtown area. I stop there to order some sandwiches and go back to the hotel. After ordered I went back to the bus stop right next to the subway. Two busses ? (230 line) didn’t stopped and after an hour I had no cellphone battery so I had to go back to subway. My cord didn’t work and those amazing ladies offered me a cup with ice and water and shared their fast charger cellphone cord that I used to check the time for the next bus stop. I made it back to the hotel thanks to them. They’re very kind people!

My recent visit to the Subway at 509 Elm St #150 in Dallas, Texas, was incredibly disheartening. On June 8, 2024, around 2:40 PM, my wife was suffering from a heatstroke outside. I sprinted to the Subway from some distance away. Desperate for help, I ran into Subway to get a large ice water while waiting for emergency services to arrive.
I briefly explained the urgent situation to the employee, Paula (I believe is her name but not entirely sure), hoping for some compassion and quick assistance. To my shock, she gave me a careless look and proceeded to ring up the water, stating it would cost $3.45. When I expressed my disbelief and explained again that my wife was having a heatstroke, she responded coldly, saying she didn't care.
Despite my frustration and disbelief, I had no choice but to pay for the water, as my wife's health was at stake. Paula's lack of empathy and basic human decency was shocking and deeply upsetting. In a moment where every second mattered, her behavior was not only unprofessional but also morally questionable.
This experience left me saddened and appalled by the lack of basic human kindness and the prioritization of profit over a person's life in an emergency. The insensitivity displayed here is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about customer care and ethical standards at this Subway location.

Don't listen to these people, the service was great, bathrooms were great, and the food was awesome! The guy making our sandwiches took his time to make the best sandwich I've ever had! After I ate my sandwich, I used the bathroom to find the scent and cleansing terrific! Best poop I've ever had as well.If you're in Dallas I highly recommend stopping at this Subway!

I very recently visited this Subway while in Dallas for the eclipse weekend, which made the area very busy. This shop is the one closest to the Kennedy assassination tour area, so I have to imagine a lot of customers are either stopping by either before or after their tour experience. I was greeted by a friendly team member who happened to be working all alone at the time. My sub was created exactly as I'd ordered it, and it was also very tasty. I was very glad that an unsweet tea option could be had, which is always my preference. The dining room could have used a bit of cleaning of several tables, but I guess that's tough to do when you are working as a solo employee. He was also having to let customers into and out of the restroom.I was pleased with my meal, and would return to this location with ease if re-visiting Dallas.

Ordered online. Out of half the ingredients. Didn't make the sandwiches. Didn't get our money back. Thanks for nothing. If I could leave zero stars I would.
The worst subway indeed and also the worst restaurant i have visited in my whole entire life. Took 30 mintues to get my food and the waiter just doesnt want to do the job. Wonder why he gets paid for real
