I will not go back here again. They don’t honor the coupon, but will pick and choose what they want to BOGO. The manager had a smirk on his face upon protestation of the issue and said he didn’t care if we no longer returned with business.Save yourself the hassle and the rudeness of the store manager and use the subway at the college or someplace else.

Loved this location. It's very clean inside. The staff is quick and attentive when taking orders. It was busy but the line moved smoothly. Workers had on gloves and greeted customers coming in and when leaving. I called before arriving to ask about accepting coupons. The employee said they do. When arriving saw sign stating they take coupons but for specific subs only mainly the pork subs( ham, Italian, cold cut combo, pepperoni), and do not honor BOGO. Other locations visited you could order any sub with coupons as long as it wasn't any of the new featured subs. Guess it depends on locations, owner, etc...

I typically don't leave reviews, but when credit is due you give it. I must say Saul gives the best customer service! He makes the perfect flatbread/sandwich everytime he never misses. He welcome's you with a friendly smile, quick on his feet and understands the assignment...lol! This is the only Subway I come too and I look for him. Plus, they have my favorite chips. Thank you Saul!

All ingredients (bread, meat, vegies) are fresh. Service is great (fast & friendly). Interior is clean and spotless. Superb food, but not exactly cheap (6" meal (sandwich, chips, and drink) will run around 9 big-ones, but worth it. Thumbs-up (for the real young people - that means fantastic).

If I could give zero stars I would, but I had to give one to put a review. So for starters, they do not honor coupons and will argue you down about the sign they put and worded it wrong. They come off as nice at first like they care with hospitality but get very offended when it comes to using the coupons. What behooved me was the manner which the young man spoke to me in. I was appalled and disgusted. Shoved my receipt at me and didn’t bother to hand me my sandwich before yelling “f you, you b****” I really hope the CEO knows who he/she is giving franchise stores to. How do you pick and choose what sandwich you want to honor and what sub? Then tell someone what they can and cannot put on their own sandwich they are paying for.

I didn't like the fact that they don't honor the coupons as advertised when received in the mail, at least this one doesn't. They even posted signs saying they do everything except" BOGO ". And certain sandwiches that they pick at lower prices ?

Fantastic service. Superb food quality. Very friendly atmosphere. By far, the best Subway in Dallas.
Ordered on line with subway apps that said buy a foot long and get a half foot sub free. This store does not honor this. WASTED more than 20 minutes trying to figure out how to activate the deal. Will never go back again and rather go to another store that will honor subway deals.
