They make a good sandwich here and the produce is pretty fresh and finely chopped!!! :). Had an order that was messed up and they were pretty cool about fixing it with ease.

Terrible experience at this Subway location. I ordered a protein bowl expecting the same amount of protein as a footlong sub, but the staff refused to provide the correct portion. Despite my request to add more protein, the employee was unaccommodating and gave me attitude. The claim that their location doesn't follow standard Subway practices seems unlikely, and the service was unprofessional. The employee's smirking and facial expressions made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location. Maybe it's time for this franchise to review their staff's behavior and consider some changes

The worker was very rude and disrespectful and was yelling at me that the online order I made isn’t how they do things there and I’d be charged more for the sandwich I had already paid for online. I was charged an additional charge before they would give me the sandwiches. They claimed the 33% meat on the titan turkey didn’t mean more meat just double cheese. Also the store was extremely dirty and definitely not up to safety food standards. I’ll also be contacting the health department as this is no way to run an establishment.

Would not accept the birthday email for a free cookie. He acted like he didn’t understand. Would not recommend this location, and it is no wonder that it is empty. The one young lady was nice and respectful!

The guy that’s working tonight at this subway is probably the rudest I’ve seen. I was in line to get my food standing behind a young lady that just purchased her sandwich. She asked for another bag cause she wanted to split her sandwich. This guy tells her NO, loud NO 1 bag 1 customer. I’ve never heard that in my life, I asked for customer service number he says we don’t have one. I said if someone wanted to complain about your service he says oh well. What’s interesting is that management was sitting in this same restaurant and didn’t say one thing. Represent Subway better than this PLEASE. Show customer service or don’t come to work. I was hungry I totally walked out

How do I place an order online, show the I’m guessing manager on duty, READ HIM MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER, SHOW HIM MY BANK ACCOUNT , SHOW HIM A RECEIPT WHILD MY SANDWHICH IN THEIR HAND AND THEY WONT GIVE ME MY ORDER BC THEY DONT KNOW WHERE TO READ A CONFIRMATION NUMBER. 10/10 do not reccomend getting a sandwhich at this bunk ass location

The owner does an amazing job at preparing the food, and he is so careful about making sure that the sandwich is full and the customer is satisfied. 10/10 I think all Subways should treat customers like this owner does!

I did an online order picked it up here and I will not do it again. There was meat and bread...I couldn't find the veggies are the cheese....who in the heck thinks you want to pay 8.00 for meat and bread I mean talk about ripped off!!!!!

On Wednesday nov/19/2024 I went to do a pick up order with a coupon $6.99 I had online. Turns out they don’t honor online coupons. The manager was very rude and did NOT help at all. I do not recommend this location. RUN!
