Came at 8:23 on Sunday. Open sign on with the doors locked. If it was 9:30 I'd understand but more than an hour and a half before posted closed is crazy. Just close the store down indefinitely if you won't even be open.

Order the bogo yesterday apparently they didn't have a door dash person to bring me my order after the manager hung up the phone in my face 3 times and refused to give me a refund and refuse to give me my delivery fee back

THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! The short lady with brownish and a birthmark on the side of her cheek is rude doesn’t even give the right portions paying $15 for something that is not portioned right is RIDICULOUS! I hope this place gets it right management and the service !!

They cannot read the recipt they give you for curbside. It says on it curbside. You need to call to have them out like 10 minutes later. . items missing from the addons no sauce no cheese not toasted ...they bad on mondays. Close it already.

Bought a pretzel for 5$, and it was harder than my will to come back to this place.
Unedible, I had to toss it in the trash like my money when I came to this place.
I went to a clothing shop near by to sell my clothes. Since they didn’t have any public bathrooms, I decided to come here that’s 2 doors down. I was going to be back to get a sandwich for an early lunch. I barely sat down on the toilet when one of the employees started banging and pounding on the door. I asked them to stop doing that and a few minutes later, they started kicking the door. By this point, I got so fed up that I left and decided to get my lunch somewhere else. I don’t have any reasons to spend my money here so I left. When I came out, there was a very angry looking Latino lady with blond curly hair just cursing and shaking her head. Y’all have some of the most unfriendliest, aggressive employees who don’t know how to act in public. I’m not spending my money where I’m being treated like a criminal.

Store lost business because doors were locked yet displayed an OPEN sign out front. Customers were pulling on door, peeping through window then getting in their cars leaving to take their business elsewhere.
