Place sucks I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to a subway in Richardson because this one extra sucks

Bought a pretzel for 5$, and it was harder than my will to come back to this place.

Unedible, I had to toss it in the trash like my money when I came to this place.

I went to a clothing shop near by to sell my clothes. Since they didn’t have any public bathrooms, I decided to come here that’s 2 doors down. I was going to be back to get a sandwich for an early lunch. I barely sat down on the toilet when one of the employees started banging and pounding on the door. I asked them to stop doing that and a few minutes later, they started kicking the door. By this point, I got so fed up that I left and decided to get my lunch somewhere else. I don’t have any reasons to spend my money here so I left. When I came out, there was a very angry looking Latino lady with blond curly hair just cursing and shaking her head. Y’all have some of the most unfriendliest, aggressive employees who don’t know how to act in public. I’m not spending my money where I’m being treated like a criminal.

Store lost business because doors were locked yet displayed an OPEN sign out front.
Customers were pulling on door, peeping through window then getting in their cars leaving to take their business elsewhere.

I ordered lunch to be delivered. I ordered a sandwich and a chirro. The bread on the sandwich was hard and flat. The Chirro was like a dog bone, it was over cooked and hard. Couldn't eat it. So disappointed. I called the store to let them know that I was not satisfied with my order. An Indian speaking guy answered and when I said "I placed an order there and...", he immediately Hung up on me. I called back and got no answer. If you can't take care of your customer issues, close your store. Not professional for a franchise business. Even tho it's down the street, I will def be buying from another Subway shop..

If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would. I have NEVER known that you can’t use the coupons on the type of sandwich you want. You have to pick off a list that they give..ABSOLUTELY INSANE..NEVER GETTING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. The worst

I went in with my Subway coupons and they had a list of foods you can only order with the mail in coupons. I asked if this was their non-selling items and that’s why we are forced to use the coupons for only these six sandwiches and she replied she didn’t know, but could not serve me any other sandwiches, no exceptions. This is the closest Subway to me and they won’t even honor the subway coupons on all of their products.

I went in hungry with small expectations nothing out of the ordinary they have given me my sandwich the way I want it before which is the #3 with guacamole. Explain why when a lady was just trying to settle her matter she got yelled at (not cool) then proceeded to be so distracted by the interaction that I gave her the instructions twice and she didn’t make my sandwich correctly not to mention that I was given a very small portion for the foot long I purchased (guacamole was brown too) and proceeded to mouth off about the lady afterwards. Bad experience all in all.

This store sucks. The food quality is bad, both times I've tried this place I got sick. They also have employees who are off-putting and don't know how to make sandwiches. I can't believe this, I've never had a worse Subway experience.
