This is the second time I have ordered off of the app and there is an issue. The first time my food wasn’t prepared they were speaking on a robbery. This second time the store is not even open at 11:10-11:25 my food was suppose to be ready for pickup. There were others pulling up outside as well. Do better and refund the money.

I stopped by this Subway today and was really impressed! The place is super clean, organized, and smells great a huge difference compared to the Subway just 5 minutes away at the gas station on 1525 Inwood Rd, which honestly smells terrible and made us leave without eating.

Here, Lorena and her coworker Marcela gave us excellent service. They were friendly, fast, and made our sandwiches perfectly. You can tell they actually care about the customers and keep the place looking great.

This location has a much better atmosphere overall fresh, welcoming, and professional. Definitely worth coming here instead of the other one nearby!

They blocked ur view on the side of the meats so they can serve u less meat. Never had an issue with this store but paying full price for a sandwich with 1/4 of the meat its supposed to have us ridiculous, take my advice dont come to this location

I have used this subway often as I have worked in the area for 5 years. NEVER have I gotten a sandwich THIS poorly made. It was an online order so there was not a communication issue. This was supposed to be a subway club sandwich. That’s 3 meats, cheese and about 5 different veggies. Overpriced and disgusting.
