This location is well maintained and usually the staff is nice. It does get busy here but even when it’s not, my sandwich is always wrong when ordered through the app.

I have used this subway often as I have worked in the area for 5 years. NEVER have I gotten a sandwich THIS poorly made. It was an online order so there was not a communication issue. This was supposed to be a subway club sandwich. That’s 3 meats, cheese and about 5 different veggies. Overpriced and disgusting.

NO STARS FOR THIS BRANCH!!! Just ordered from this location. Older lady waited on me and was very cheap with ingredients. Ordered buffalo chicken, did not even fill the measuring cup and had thr audacity to return 2 pcs of chicken back to the tray, asked for veggies and was given pieces! Like she owns the franchise! Cheap! Cheap! Cheap! Will never return!!! First subway experience that failed me! This is closer to me and tried it since i always go to the mockingbird branch! Dont waste your time! You guys better go there!!!

Update...I was at 700 e. Irving blvd. Not this one....Order thru subway app!! 2 ft longs for 15 with rewards...I paid 11.88 w free delivery and im only 2 miles away but it came in 11 mins!! Lightening fast way better than door dash..though powered by them it would have been way longer thru door dash. It came instantly...insanely cool. Also the story location gives mostly bread and always light like a feather and I asked them to stuff them full of veggies and they're awesomely made also! Tons of lettuce and olives like I asked for! Thanks guys!

Closes before posted business hours. Employees inside but door is locked. Service is friendly but mediocre. Call your order ahead or expect a longer wait time during busy hours.
