Thanksgiving week the service were poor. The manager and family having lunch with no service to the public. I will not eat there any more.

He says it closes at 9 pm and at 8 pm they don’t want to attend to anyone anymore
Apparently closing time is at 8:30pm. Whatevs
This place needs to be shut down. Kids running around barefoot with their stuff everywhere, you walk in it look like somebody home rather than a fast food spot. I walked up to the counter thinking that whoever working is in the back, no the lady tending to the kids with slides on and sweatpants come around trying to take my order. I tell her what bread I want and she grab some bread thats just sitting there idk how long its been there. I ask her “How long that bread been there?” And she says “I just put it here the lady before you ordered a 6in” so why not put it back?!?? I literally took one more look around, grabbed my son and left. I know how it is to be a single mom but that is insane to have your kids in that type of environment. According to the other reviews, she’s been doing this for a while!

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. The employee, Nicole, was unprofessional and unpleasant throughout the interaction. When I declined the receipt due to visible food stains and particles on it, she appeared irritated. Additionally, when I mentioned that my oatmeal cookie was missing, she did not acknowledge the issue or offer a simple apology, which would have gone a long way.
To add to the concern, she had her child present, who was touching the cups intended for customer use, which raises hygiene issues.
I expect basic courtesy, professionalism, and cleanliness when visiting your establishment. If someone accepts a customer-facing role, they should perform it to the best of their ability. I hope management addresses this situation appropriately so future customers don’t have the same experience.
Location was extremely Old food , Employee had kids running around trash was overflowing Drink area nasty I will not be returning. I wish I took the picture.
Employees are too slow, even after the order was placed in the app. It took over on hour to get a pick up order

when I entered the building, it seemed like a daycare center. An employee working making sandwiches had her 3 kids under the age of 4 (all girls) running around with no shoes making a mess and screaming. Literally every customer walking in was trying to figure out who the parents where. This is unsafe and very dangerous. Especially in a fast-food place environment during a rush hour of lunch. Easy case for CPS to be involved if you ask me. Food was not fresh. I am trying to contact the owner to bring this to their attention. This happened on Monday 10/6 around 12PM.

OMG! Can't get your order right to save her life & doesn't listen. Incorrect total 5-times. How does a sandwich go in a toasted comes out without melted cheese. Then tried to charge me $15 for a 6 inch sub with 2 cookies. (The sandwich is $6!) She said if I pay the $15 she's give me a cookie! Seriously, that's not even $15. No wonder why the McDonald's across the street line is so full.

I hate when I place an order online and people can’t seem to follow simple instructions. Didn’t ask for cheese on my Tuna sub and received cheese. Asked for more mayo on the other sub and didn’t get any mayo. To make matters worse, you’ve got your kids and all of their belongings spread all across the restaurant. Since when did professionalism and customer service go away? Never again. Ridiculous! This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location but it just gets to a point when you’re tired. Please do better. People expect good service wherever we are spending our money.
When I want something healthier than my normal fast food lunch runs, Subway is definitely my go too.

Ordered online for pickup. Order wasn't ready at the specofied time. The mexican woman working there said things were slower because the oven is broken?? I ordered a cold sandwich so don't know exactly why a broken oven should slow things down!? So, when I arrived the mexican woman was making a sandwich for someone else and I had to wait for her to finish and start making mine. I guess the gringo has to wait. Will definitely go to another location next time.
Horrible customer service. Placed an order online at 11:54am and went into the store by 12:10 had to wait until 12:30. What's the point of placing an online order? Rude people who work there. Never had this bad of an experience at subway. Will not come back to this one.
