OMG! Can't get your order right to save her life & doesn't listen. Incorrect total 5-times. How does a sandwich go in a toasted comes out without melted cheese. Then tried to charge me $15 for a 6 inch sub with 2 cookies. (The sandwich is $6!) She said if I pay the $15 she's give me a cookie! Seriously, that's not even $15. No wonder why the McDonald's across the street line is so full.

I hate when I place an order online and people can’t seem to follow simple instructions. Didn’t ask for cheese on my Tuna sub and received cheese. Asked for more mayo on the other sub and didn’t get any mayo. To make matters worse, you’ve got your kids and all of their belongings spread all across the restaurant. Since when did professionalism and customer service go away? Never again. Ridiculous! This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this location but it just gets to a point when you’re tired. Please do better. People expect good service wherever we are spending our money.
When I want something healthier than my normal fast food lunch runs, Subway is definitely my go too.

Ordered online for pickup. Order wasn't ready at the specofied time. The mexican woman working there said things were slower because the oven is broken?? I ordered a cold sandwich so don't know exactly why a broken oven should slow things down!? So, when I arrived the mexican woman was making a sandwich for someone else and I had to wait for her to finish and start making mine. I guess the gringo has to wait. Will definitely go to another location next time.
Horrible customer service. Placed an order online at 11:54am and went into the store by 12:10 had to wait until 12:30. What's the point of placing an online order? Rude people who work there. Never had this bad of an experience at subway. Will not come back to this one.

walk up to see if we can get service and says rudely and carelessly that they’ll be with us in a minute and then someone comes out the back and also doesn’t acknowledge us she continues her paperwork and we walk out bc i couldnt give money to these Rude no customer service idiots .

Today 12/18/2024 the manger there was very rude to her employee she kept demanding him to do everything but she wouldn't helped him but diddnt that very bad and then every time when i come here she always saying that there no soup how do yall have soup on yall menu but dont have soup
Nicole never works - she always lets her co worker handle all of the clients while she’s on the phone. Nicole doesn’t get off phone and begin to work until line becomes 10 deep with customers.

Slowest Subway on plant Earth hands down. Doesn’t matter the day, if the line has 2 people or 10 people you will be waiting for 10-15mins plus waiting on the sloppily put together sandwich you ordered. I can’t describe how slow the service is. Super unorganized and frustrating.

Workers kids running around, coughing at the counter. Counter worker does not know what she’s doing. Bread old, hardly any meat on sandwich. Cookies not cooked all the way and look old. Dirty.

I went early to buy a subway, the girl on duty was counting money and that's how she was going to prepare my food, I told her excuse me, wash your hands and she got angry 😡 also I asked for a certain bread and there wasn't any, excuse me?

We came early morning on Sunday and Rosa did an awesome job helping us!! She recommended the softest bread. The veggies were fresh and amazing. I love this location of Subway!

poor employee hygiene, poor garments, food being handled with same gloves handling equipment and kitchen supplies. Other items, chip bag, utensils placed on top of food. Cross contamination everywhere.
