Only one young lady working there which is not safe these days. She was nice but very little meat to make the sandwich and even if I paid for extra it still wouldn't look like it does in the commericals. I was the only customer in the store which was a little bit unnerving. Overall, very clean but maybe a little low playing music to help with the silence

Review is not for the quality of the food or service- is for the employees of the store.Placed a large company order- I order through subway app and chose delivery. We ordered $100 worth of food. It was a large order and driver texted stating that the order was delayed I responded I understood. When we received all 8 sandwiches came with wheat bread, we ordered Italian herb and cheese and white bread not one person chose wheat bread. I received the usual email rating my experience I put dissatisfied because of the wrong bread on every sandwich. I didn’t request a refund or anything. Just did the survey. I received a call from a subway employee regarding the “complaint”. This lady proceeded to state that she wanted to see why I did the complaint, I explained to her that every sandwich was on wheat bread and we did not order wheat bread. She proceeds to tell me that driver was told that all they had was wheat bread and instructed him to call me. Said she heard him call the customer and customer said it was ok. I told her that I did not speak to anyone regarding any type of bread. Not once did she apologize. I asked her why would the driver have to call if I didn’t order through door dash. I order through subway app - she than said driver has more access to the customer. That really pissed me off because she was calling me on the same number the driver text, so subway employees had the same access to me as the driver. I asked her the purpose for the call she stated she wanted to know why I complained I told her again that we did not order wheat bread. She again said she heard the driver call customer and ask and I proceeded to tell her I did not speak to anyone regarding the bread. She said she heard the conversation. I explained to her he did not call, I again asked the reason for the call, she stated wanted to know what the problem was and ended the call.This person called me from her personal number. I tried to contact the manager of the store and was told she was not in.This was very unprofessional.

The worst service I have ever received the lady was nice but the pos system was not working at all when I go to get charged my debit card wasn't working and then I tried my dad debit card nothing both I tried twice the worst service ever.

Only 1 employee who prepared and was a cashier. She did her best to get to serve us. I just feel bad how they are short staffed. I overheard a guy in line saying she has been alone for a while and never shows frustration. I feel bad for her and gave 5 stars for service as she worked hard to get us on our way on our lunch hour.

I really don't eat subs much, however; this new concept I have tried a few times. The new sandwiches are the same as before? I still don't feel like I'm getting anymore meat to bread ratio! Now their just making them for you so the guesswork is done!

Not your average garage Hey Jack

Would NEVER GO Here again!!We go in, no one is there besides 3 workers behind the counter, there is 2 unattended kids at one of the tables in the middle of the restaurant. One worker looked to be wearing pajamas. (Later during our ordering we noticed it was one of the workers unattended kids) Also they were only running a certain deal on the app. So we ordered on the app. literally 20 mins after the ETA of our food should have been out. We finally got our food. They took for ever. More people showed up around lunch time and I noticed atleast 3 people walk out [assuming from then taking too long]
