If I could give the a zero I would. They have no customer service what so ever. No “hello how can I help you”, or “have a nice day”. Not to mention they are always out of a lot of ingredients. I wish I knew the name of the employee who assisted me but she had no name tag. As a manager of a near by business I know how important the little things are. I will go out of my way to another subway next time.

The employee behind the counter was completely incompetent and the store floor was disgusting. Rang everything up incorrectly, and couldn't get the sandwiches right. Then was told it was take out only even though another gentleman had been sitting there the whole time(he did not work there) eating his lunch. No sign or any other visible cues that it was take out only. Also, how did the floor get so messy if it's takeout only?

This was the worse subway i have ever been too. I saw cockroaches in the lobby on the food counter as soon as i went in and there was some mold of some pickles and the guy was still serving it. So nasty an unsanitary. He seem to know because he saw the cockroach and acted like nothing. Have no idea why its still open

There is a obese manager, that requires you to wear a mask while he doesn't wear his properly. I saw him half sneeze of a sandwich and keep making it.

I want to start out by saying that I love eating at subway but this location has the worst staff I’ve ever seen at a subway restaurant.

Out of guacamole, only one worker and she had an attitude. It took her so long to fix the meatball subs they were cold before we could eat them and the bread was hard. Seems like Subway doesn't care about serving good product anymore. 4 times out of 5 Subway is out of guacamole and/or any of the other condiments. Very sad.

just stopped by! this is the 5th time i came to this location and the gentleman has refused to take care of me and my party because he had things to do! this last time was the restroom a couple past times was that he wasn't making orders another one he replied with didnt you see the sign is off? something so sketchy goes goes on at this location! my question to the owners do you even have any kind of profit/revenue at this location? the answer will be no! the sign is off they refuse to take care of customers and in specifically is the same gentleman!

I want in there for lunch got the meatball sandwich and had it toasted paid for my food and went in my car to eat it on my lunch break I ate the first half it was okay got the second half the meatball was hard like a rock took it back in there to tell them the big guy came and said that was made fresh today clearly it wasn't I would not eat here it was twice on the food and a very disgusting place to eat and I don't see how they're still in business

SHE WAS MAKING MY SANDWICH AN A ROACH CRAWLED ON MY VEGGIES THEN I TOLD HER AND SHE LOOKED UNDER THE INGREDIENT TUBS AND 3 MORE ROACHES!! THEN I TOLD HERE THAT I DONT WANT IT SHE SAID OK AND THEN ASKED THE NEXT GUY IN LINE WHAT KIND OF SANDWHICH HE WANTED. IM CALLING HEALTH DEPARTMENT IMMEDIATELY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING. WILL MAKE CUSTOMERS SICK ROACHES CARRY DISEASES AND FECES

We have been eating at home for the past few days due to a winter storm. My husband decided to go get us subway for lunch. We ordered on the app, and he went to pick it up. When we unwrapped our subs, we thought they had been toasted, which we didn't ask for. No! They weren't toasted. They were old loaves of bread that were cracking and flaking everywhere as we ate. Shame on you, Subway for not using fresh bread!

Did get a meatball sub it started out being really good but at the end of it. The meatballs were burn and you could taste the burnt. I will go another location for now on. Did not catch the guys name that was working there he was very rude also and did not have a name tag. Plus his mask was barely on his face.

Store is dirty, employee making the food had a mask around his chin and not over his nose and mouth. They were out of meats. This was my second try thinking my first bad experience might have been a bad day. Appears it is consistently a poor experience.
