The last few times I have been here the place has gone downhill! Orders have been absolutely wrong. Today was the last straw. The employee said I could send her a Zelle to her personal bank account for payment. Mmm ok that’s a no! She is just trying to pocket money for sandwiches made.

My sandwhich was yummy!

Absolute trash. Pulled up at 8:45pm to locked doors and an employee inside waving me away. There’s even signage on the door clearly stating that they close at 9:00pm. I just wanted to buy cookies which would have taken 30 seconds or less.

Andy is The associate that help me , there was a long Line inside and out. Andy was Moving the drive thru and when it stopped he help the lady yo front and help to speed up the Line. He was was fast and got out good quick. 10/10 great Service.

They don’t read the instructions or prepare food to safe temperatures. I asked for my sandwich to be extra toasted and the meat was cold. The sweet onion chicken teriyaki is not supposed to be served cold. I went back in to ask for it to be fixed and they toasted the sandwich with the veggies and all. I went back in a third time and asked another employee to please remake it. The manager stepped in because the other employee who originally made it and then toasted it with the veggies on it started to argue with me. Why would you put the entire sandwich in the toaster with the veggies on it? I wasn’t being unreasonable. I simply didn’t want toasted tomato slices on my sandwich. I genuinely can’t stand this location.
