The vegetables and meats were left uncovered, allowing flies to land on the food and apparently die on it too, since I found a dead fly in my sandwich! Completely unacceptable
Why are the fountain drinks at this location never working. Take a look at that tea machine it hasn’t been cleaned.

Came in with my grandfather, placed an online order. Waited patiently while my order was being completed. I ordered my favorite, sweet onion teriyaki, When I got it I opened it like usual to make sure it was done ok. I open it and see that not only did it not have the extra stuff I ordered but also I only see TWO or THREE pieces of chicken in my sandwich. I took it to the lady who made it n she said ma'am I weighed it so it's all it supposed to have. So I just asked can I atleast get the extra spinach of all other extra stuff I requested, which she placed on a cookie bag n I went on to eat my lunch. I'm non confrontational, so I grabbed my food n went about my merry day... Should have went to our regular subway spot but since getting out my Dr visit near here, this is where we came.

Manager here needs to do better. Any time I order delivery the sandwiches have like 3 slices of meat. This last time I received the wrong sandwich period. The manager needs to train everyone better and stop being so cheap.

Walked into this subway location at 9:40pm and the worker a tall light skinned Hispanic guy with glasses informed me that his manager has him close at 9:30 pm and that I couldn’t place an order. This is a location I regularly visit so I know what time it closes. I informed him that I was going to call the corporate number and he said OK have a nice day. Then he proceeded to come out from around the counter and lock the door as I was leaving another customer pulled up to the store and he had the customer standing outside, denying service, very rude, very unprofessional, not a friendly experience whoever trains these workers needs to do better because this was absolutely ridiculous.

In short, I will not return to this place. It only has 2 types of bread. It looks very empty in its ingredients and they put very little in it. The floor is very dirty and the staff is not friendly....
I bought two subs from this location and one of them I forgot to put toasted when ordering online so I kept calling the location to have them correct my order but they never picked up. When I arrived to the subway I told them what happened. The person at the front during the moment said, “our phone isn’t working” and that she could only toast it as is with the veggies, sauce, and meat already on it. I asked her if they could please redo it and she said no. So she proceeded to remove all the veggies and toasted it like that even though I asked her not to do that. She said we aren’t going to waste product. Very bad customer service!
Save yourself some time,money and headaches and just stop by Tom Thumb and buy the ingredients and make your own SUBWAY at Home. Because this Place is a Joke. The Owner/Manger could take some lessons on how to run a Successful Business/Franchise. Disappointed in Oak Cliff!!!
