We can start at the beginning with someone walking out of line. I had 4 sandwiches attached is one of the sandwiches that were made the same. There is supposed to be 6 cucumbers. As someone that grew up with a mom of 30+ in subway owning a total of 7. This was a disappointment from the brand. I will make sure I spread the word as much as I can because it was that much of a disgrace of a restaurant and training.

At Phillip Chist they don't even add meat and they put the lid on so you don't look there is no transparency so you can see what they serve you like other subways I like subway because you can see what you are going to eat in this one it doesn't happen

What happened to transparency I don't see what you have flatbread don't even look the same I like to see where my Foods coming from case for some cockroach crawling around somewhere that you don't want me to see you're not keeping it clean it's just questions instead of transparency remove that stainless steel barricade and let me see what is there things might go a little faster and smoother

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE by (HEBA )I came across a worker called Heba Very Rude .she never packed my food never answered my question .never ever I will come here the Managment should really look at the restaurant bad service and rude lady no customer service ,table are dirty some of the staff are sitting

Ordered the #1 Philly steak sandwich and the #2 the outlaw. Both were amazing. Very delicious. My wife told me to add the sweet onion sauce to it, and it was an awesome choice. All of the staff were friendly. I did have a very hard time understanding them, but we managed to get the order placed.☺️

I’ve never done a bad review! But so far worst restaurant EVER!!! I been to this subway several times but this visit would be the last. The employees have bad attitude they throw the food around. They hardly understand and when I try to corrected they yelled at me. My sandwich was poorly and sloppy. Veggies were old and frozen. I understand is airport, but at least they should try to make it better. We asked for an employee discount and they fooled us! I asked that it was not a discount and the cashier just looked at me and say look!!!! Like if I don’t know how to ADD!!! Which is obviously not a discount or I wouldn’t had said a world!!!! HORRIBLE!!!

I would give 0 if I could. Worst customer service esp Heba. Asked if our 1yr baby food can be heated for 10 secs in their microwave or 50ml of warm water. They couldn’t do that either. Useless staff and management would be the best way to describe.

The person serving the bread doesn't understand what we are requesting and upsold items without providing all the meats. When I told the cashier about it, he did not seem to bother and charged me for something which I did not order.

One of the worst Subways of the state for sure.

Food: Typical subway quality, has most of the regular options.
Service: Terrible! No customer service, workers barely spoke English, if they didn't understand what you're asking for they'll just start building what they think you want.
Atmosphere: Acceptable, what you'd expect from a typical airport diner.

They don’t know how a flatbread sandwich works here ??. When you think of a sandwich at subway you think they would just fold the bread over like any other subway will. instead they decided to roll my flatbread as a burrito and it wasn’t even filled up like a burrito should be. half of it was filled up with protein and veggies and the other half was left completely empty with a hole on the other side. I try to correct the simple mistake that we all make in our lives but they decided to argue with me instead saying “ that’s how FLATBREAD sandwiches are made”…even the manager gave me a look like I was stupid.. I guess I’ve been eating flatbreads wrong my whole life…out of all the places you can eat at DFW I picked the worse place.

I got a meatball marinara and the meatballs were in a bowl that had no sauce in it and the bread was already burnt before the sandwich was even made. I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times until they got it. Easily the worst Subway that I have ever been in.
