If I could give no stars I would. Employees are so unprofessional. One of the workers named Idalia was so rude when I asked for my my pickup order. She literally told me “for wanting to be cheap it’s going to cost you more” and laughed. All because my online order wasn’t showing up on their end. I had to dispute the charges with my bank because the manager Angelica refused to help me in any way. She then gave us a number for customer service and they never answered. So if you’re looking for a good subway it’s NOT this one.

Really bad service everytime I go in the mornings , the lady’s either have a bad attitude or just talking not paying any attention to the customers. When I go in the evening the guy there is usually seeming as he’s in a rush to get order done but definitely still better than the older lady’s in the mornings. It says on website and in store they open at 9 but when I go at 9 nine they lady inside just stares at me as if she won’t be opening the door until she feels like it. Just in all not the best subway and wouldn’t recommend going to this location. One time while I was order they older women in the woman was throwing my food on my sandwich as if she was mad or irritated, I asked her “are you okay hun? She didn’t reply and I then said well whatever you have going on don’t take out on me or my sandwich. She ignored me so I repeated it in Spanish and still got ignored. Again don’t recommend this location at all, and if I could give 0 stars I would just because of the nasty and bad attitudes.

I used to love the Broccoli soup now is toooo WATERY HAS NO FLAVOR TASTE WORSE THAT HOSPITAL SOUP and the ladies don’t give crackers . Fix that please.🙏

I have been to this location multiple times and never had an issue before until tonight. I went and I ordered a sandwich and when I got home as I was eating a sandwich, not to mention my bread was hard as a rock and literally falling apart but I’m not one to complain until I realize realized they forgot to put the meat that I asked for on there No big deal, right. I’m not requesting a refund because I already ate the sandwich, but I didn’t want to call and let them know that they forgot. I called the first time no answer so I called again, The second time someone picks up and then they hang right up in my face. So I decided to drive back up there and tell them about the mistake that they made. They proceeded to stand there and stare at me as if I wasn’t speaking at all .

One of the worst subway in town. I been a couple of times and every time I go it gets worse and worse. I try to hope that maybe they will get better or be better this time but they don’t. If you want to go to a good service this is not the subway to come to.

I had got food poisoning from this place last night now I’m in he hospital can barely keep water down I don’t know If they keep using the same glove and no changing them but I’m never coming back. It was a Mexican lady with glasses dad orangish hair she had gotten me sick I never get sick from here ever and this was the first time I ever got food poisoning from that place

Was just calling to ask about prices for cookies and the lady who picked up was very rude. She hung up on me because I didn't hear what she said and even said "I don't care" before she hung up when I asked what she said before. And then when I called back and said "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend you if I said anything wrong. But I honestly just didn't hear what you said" then got hung up on AGAIN! I literally just wanted to know about prices for cookies. I called back multiple times and each time got hung up on. The last time I called, I asked for a manager and got told that there isn't one and I asked if it's the same lady who picked up the phone but she acted clueless. Very rude and very unhelpful and most of all, very very unprofessional.
