I just had a weird experience at this restaurant. After I ordered, the server and another server next to me smiled and winked at me. It was a very unpleasant and rude experience. They kept talking to me with a mocking look in their eyes. They spoke in Spanish instead of English. So that I couldn't understand. I know their names, but I won't leave them here.

They don't deserve even one star!!

I was there a bit before 8, I'm a Hispanic 64-year-old woman accompanied by my younger brother. At first glance, I thought the young man taking the orders seemed to be nice and happy, but... the one taking my order was a or thought he was funny. It was irritating, he was trying to speak Spanish to me and probably thought I didn't understand or speak English, he kept confusing me with his questions, and his responses and kept laughing, making me feel like he was making fun of me, then the other young man preparing my sandwich, more serious than the first one, but when I requested avocado he turned to my brother asking for an ok, I don't think I have an image or behavior of a mentally handicap person. I worked with patients for 20 years, and I never had anyone making me feel so odd, irritated, and disappointed to have young people treat their elders in such a poor manner. They need good training, and maybe a spank to teach them how to behave behind an attending counter.

Eggs were cold, bacon cold. They took it out the oven too soon. The foot long was uncut, so difficulty eating it and no napkins. They care only about how many food items I bought that were "extra charge." Do better. It's a nice location.

Wow! Prices really went up and still skimp on the add-ons. Will get a meal at vendor across the aisle for half the price next time I am at DFW, which has seating for customers.

Just terrible. The bread tastes stale. Then the employee only wanted to put 4 slices of tomato and cucumbers on a 12 inch sandwich. I’ve never had so few veggies put on a sub at any location. I asked for more and he would only put 2 more of each! The person in front of me asked for avocado, which costs extra, and the same employee put the thinnest possible layer of avocado he could. Will not be returning to this location.

DO YOU RECALL THE WENDY'S WHERES THE BEEF COMMERCIAL?

They skimp you on your portions of Tuna by scooping not to fill the volume of the scoop. They use the spreader to dip out avocado to spread thin like Miracle Whip, knowing you're paying extra. Then add insult to it by cleaning the spreader on your bread. They literally count the spinach leaves out. You continuously have to ask for more of everything. Finally, they pretended to use my digital subway card and then tell me it doesn't work at their location.

As funny as Wendy's Commercial mocking McDonald's burgers was, it was true. It makes me want to ask, "HEY, SUBWAY. WHERE'S THE SANDWICH, UNDER GROUND?
