I went to eat at subway between flights because it had the shortest line. There's a reason for the. The staff doesn't listen or seem to care about what you order, the food is basically inediable and eating from here was a mistake. Now, I'm gonn throw about $15 of food in trash because it turned my stomach.

I am from Texas and I travel a lot.
Lots of Subway visits but first time in this terminal (D12).
The staff was giggly and talking back and forth in their own language.
I felt like a visitor in my own country !
They also go from the register to the sandwich prep WITHOUT changing gloves. Terrible.

$13 for this… dry bread, half a sandwich, and presentation that looks like community service punishment. I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but when something is this bad, it has to be said. At this point, I’d rather eat the receipt—probably tastes the same and costs less.”

I go to the D Terminal subway often went one day and a lady was touching her hair while making sandwiches I tried to speak with the manager she came out looked at me turned around and did not return I thought that was rude and very unprofessional wish I could speak with her Manager at this point

Ordered 2 footlongs on the app, got 2 six inch subs instead. Don’t know how that happens if the full order prints on a receipt. I didn’t realize I didn’t get my full correct order until I was on the plane. Tried reporting it on the app twice, I get an email saying my “issue was resolved” but yet I didn’t get a refund or anything like I had requested.😐👎🏽

The cashier on August 9, 2025 at 10 am was rude, mean and not patient at all. I asked a simple question about meal vouchers and it was like it set her off.

Pre ordered 2 sandwiches on the Subway App. Asked for my sandwiches to be toasted AFTER ALL toppings put on, cut in 1/2, wrapped separately. None of the directions were followed. They had 1 job. Store is dirty and staff unfriendly.
