My family & I went to Sunny Street yesterday since I had a birthday coupon to use. We were seated in a section with one other family at the time. Almost 5 minutes go by and we realize no one had come to take our drink order or even acknowledge us. So I wait a few more minutes. During this time, another party is seated in the area we are in... and then what happens...a server takes their drink order and NO ONE has still come to acknowledge us. As I get up to go let the hostess know we still haven't been served, the couple that was there before us said that we needed to stay on them because the server is slow and not attentive. I go back to sit down and wait again. A few more minutes go by and the server goes back to the other table to take their food order and we still haven't been helped. At this point, I'm not happy so we get up to leave. I did tell the hostess at the front we were leaving because no one even acknowledged us. She said nothing. We ended up going to Eggsquisite Cafe in Frisco!!

I eat here AT LEAST once a week. Whether that be dine in or take out, I know I'm eating here! The entire staff is awesome and they are really good with remembering faces. Cristyn has been my server here for over 2 years and she knows exactly what I want as soon as I walk in. She's also been able to give recommendations based on what she knows I like. They'll be serving mimosas soon and I cannot wait for this to be my "Sunday Funday" spot for me and the husband. Trust me, they put love into their food!

Despite all of the COVID complications, Sunny Street Cafe is an amazing breakfast spot to stop at ! Our server, Cristyn was an amazing person and made sure that me and my friends were taken care of ! The food was spectacular and the service was on point ! Eric pickett, Who is the NRO trainer was a humble and kind person throughout the whole experience. Pedro, the host did an excellent job greeting us as we walked in and seated us very quickly. The Sunny Street Cafe will soon be changing their name to the Cottage, with an all new menu, however the service and food will never change! Toph is the man !

Grace was our server today and as always, the service is top notch. We've been patrons of SSC since they opened 3 years ago and the food has been served upright every time. We were excited to hear they are changing names to The Cottage and will bring an expended menu while keeping a lot of the favorites that we enjoy now. Sunny Street has always been a great breakfast spot for our family on the weekends and we are excited that they are going to get even better.

An establishment that really cares about providing a special experience and building relationships with their guests. They are in the midst of rebranding, so they will eventually become "The Cottages." The entire staff is incredibly friendly, personable, and very diligent with COVID protocols. Pedro was our server who was great and very personable. I got the breakfast sandwich with a mimosa and both of them were great! It's a good atmosphere with a developed menu that has a lot of great options.

Great service and food. We come here every weekend. Free mimosas all day Saturday 12/19. Sangrias Sunday 12/20. Staff is great.

My mom and I have been here twice in the last 24 hours. It's THAT good! The service was incredible both times (my mom's server yesterday was Kelly - she said she was super sweet) and Pedro, our server today, was so accommodating, knowledgeable, and attentive. The food is also amazing. I got the chicken wrap, my cousin got the big breakfast sandwich, and my mom got the ranchito chicken salad. Pedro also allowed me to get just one cinnamon roll pancake (just wanted to try it) and it was so great! No complaints from anyone at our table, and the food is so reasonably priced for the impeccable quality. They are in the middle of a rebrand (becoming "The Cottage") and are about to expand their food menu as well as an alcohol menu, and the concept trainer, Eric, is simply the best. So gracious and makes it clear that he cares about both the staff and the guests. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

Sunny Street has become my favorite spot for breakfast in the DFW area. I always take mom when she visits and she loves it too. Try the cinnamon roll pancakes they are divine!!

Breakfast food that is reliably excellent. Very clean restaurant, including the bathrooms. Everything appears well kept and maintained properly. I personally really enjoy the styling of the restaurant as well. My sister often works summers here and as a result I have found myself eating here often. The staff is very polite and attentive, and those that I have met personally are genuinely nice people. Great place to get breakfast, I highly recommend it.

Consistently delicious food, great friendly service, cleanliness, and good value. Chris is obviously doing a great job as manager. Each staff member makes you feel welcome and appreciated. An excellent experience each visit.

They are maybe changing names at some point. But regardless the food is okay, sometimes hit or miss with the bacon being crispy/crunchy, which is a personal pet peeve for me. The service is good. This place is great if you want to be seated right away when every other breakfast place you know is a 5plus minute wait. Almost never a wait.

The food was great!! The service was GREAT!! I forgot the name of my waitress but she is new but she did an awesome job. The GM and other waiters even came over to make sure I was having a enjoyable time. I will for sure come back for the great service and food! And they are reasonably price!
