i spent 63$ on old & overcooked SEAFOOD i was sick all night and morning the staff is very rude & when i called to speak to manager i was denied they didn’t care at all !!

Stopped by for the first time.When I walked in I almost left because the music was to loud ,but I had driven over here so decided to stay .There's one genre of music that is played which should be a variety since all types of customers come.The music was to loud ,I put my ear buds on and it was over powering the sound still.The the waitress recommended the susnet seasonfor my book it was just okay that's it.I didn't get the drink I wanted because the waitress didn't know what was in it,nor did she ask to find out .So.onemded up getting something else and it had a ingredient in it I dont like.Tbis could of been prevented had she number one went and asked the bartender and make sure your asking customers if they won't basic thinhs in there drinks or food items.Same thing with my food.I probably wouldn't return due to the music being so loud to where I have a club headache and my items being messed up

Anytime I have to peel my shrimp with my teeth is not good. Overcooked shrimp! You'd think that they would have it down by now.

Sunset Crab use to be the place to be. We use to come there all the time for the seafood boil hadn’t been there in years though. However, on today we stopped and got a seafood boil. It was disappointing and disgusting. The Cajun season that I asked for was not Cajun, and it also wasn’t hot as I requested. The crab legs tasted like rubbery watery crab legs with no seasoning. The sausage was ok, the shrimp was the same as the crab legs rubbery, watery with no seasoning. The Cajun egg wasn’t good either. I didn’t even taste the corn nor potato. Moral of the story that was money that was wasted for some watery, rubbery tasteless food. I savaged as much as I could and threw the rest away. My sister and I are utterly disappointed and will be going to Juicy Seafood & More on tomorrow.

Went here a couple years ago and it was SO GOOD. But I went today and I’m so disappointed! The ceviche smelt funky and didn’t even touch it. The 7 Sea Soup was literally just tomato soup with sea food thrown in it. Very disappointed on the staffs lack effort. Thank you

I came here expecting to have a nice dinner with my family, but unfortunately had a terrible experience. I accidentally left my phone on the table when we walked out, and when I immediately came back, the waitress told me she had never seen it. Another waitress was whispering and trying to hide it, and I overheard someone say, “That’s her phone.” They claimed they were waiting on someone named Sergio to ask about it, but it was clear they were not being honest.
Instead of helping, the staff made me feel like they were trying to steal from me. It completely ruined what should have been a pleasant evening. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I will not be returning.
This had to be the worst seafood boil I had, the sauce was really thick it felt like I was eating mole and it lacked a lot of seasoning, and the crab had a watery taste to it, it’s hard to describe but I would have honestly preferred imitation crab meat over it.

The lady at the bar took my order with memory and she definitely forgot my oysters and my side sauce. The food was ok. Ive been to way better. But the atmosphere was a plus plus plus. My stomach was burnt when I left.
