I took my sister n law and a close friend here on March 31 2024 I spent over $300 my friend liked the place so I brought her back April 7 2024 they asked for her ID and didn't return it so I went to inquire about the reason they said bc they thought she may walk the tab...is it bc she's black so we came to awwshuck'sParking: I'm not sure

"Disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite the friendly staff and servers, the food quality fell short of expectations. Our meals arrived cold and stale, and despite multiple requests to omit cheese, both orders were served with cheese. Given the hunger and the wait time for the food, we opted not to send it back. Overall, I cannot recommend this place based on our experience."

We have been coming to this restaurant for at least, 2 times a week for the last year! The food is amazing, no doubt about that. There is this ONE waiter who has an amazing personality who ALWAYS makes sure you’re not missing anything. She usually works on Monday mornings! No matter how busy she is. She always makes sure she comes back to check up on you!!!! Recently, we haven’t been able to come while she’s working and have been coming a little towards the afternoon. And let me tell you, it is such a different experience. The food is cold. There is 3-4 tables, mind you they have their food already, but the servers are “too busy “ to even get our drink order! The rice is cold, the potatoes are hard and the servers are STUCK UP . The waiters need to fix their attitudes 100%. One day it’s gonna rub someone the wrong way and it isn’t gonna be pretty!

Food overall was ok, Nothing extravagantHostess was very nice and she was working hard. I can’t say the same about our waitress, once she brought the food out that was it. She disappeared until we complained and very rudely gave us our tab.We didn’t tip her a dime, however we did tip tne hostess. Handed her the tip directly in her hands and thanked her for the good service that we received FROM her (it was more than 20%) I wish I would’ve gotten her name.
