Sat at the bar; our bartender was attentive and friendly. Sashimi and sushi rolls were so fresh and delicious! My favorite was the 24 carrot; riceless roll! Will definitely come back

I like this place. I’s not groundbreaking or unique, but it is a nice restaurant with good staff and great food that fix your week night sushi craving. Sometimes you want something simple yet classy enough to elevate a Wednesday night out into an experience with a little more. The only reason I’m not giving 5-stars is due to a few off nights where entree quality was a little lacking. Please get back on your A-game, I want your food!!

Food was ok, nothing spectacular, but was fresh. Server was very nice and knowledgeable. Didn't like that the ginger and Wasabi came into a to go container even though I was dining in.

Had a craving for sushi but didn't have time to sit there, so I got take out. I wanted to try some of the more creative rolls since it was my first time. I got the Bombshell roll and the Smoke House roll. They had it ready quickly. The quality was mediocre for the price. The flavor combination on the Smoke House was at least really interesting and I was glad I tried that. Honestly, I was just very confused by the flavor combinations going on with the Bombshell.

Lamb chops and sake were the only items we enjoyed. The rainbow roll was a lot smaller and the shrimp was chewy. Don't order the Big Easy roll unless you want something similar to a frozen fish stick with sushi. My significant had the teriyaki chicken and it had no flavor. I agreed after trying it. It was similar to freezer burned chicken. We used to like this place, but won't be back.

Wow! Best sushi I've had in years! My wife and I were both incredibly satisfied with the quality and flavor and friendly service. Some of the sushi combinations may sound like they have a strange Texas twist, but trust me, the flavors are amazing.

Service want the greatest. Real slow and almost no english spoken. Food was great. Atmosphere was extremely loud. There where two birthday parties there though so maybe just bad timing on our part.

Seems like your typical sushi spot but the bartender is awesome and the food is excellent! Had the salmon tartare & calamari. Hands down the best!!

We were going to slum it at Taco Cabana, but decided to stop here instead. It's on Beltline in Addison where you'll find a lot of popular restaurants that are easy to get to. Strip malls abound in this area, so parking is plentiful and free. The temperature was pleasantly cool outside. I wanted to sit outside at the huge firepit that can easily fit a party of 15 comfortably, but we headed inside to check in at the hostess stand and were seated by a gentleman who ended up serving our food too. QR codes for the drink and food menus were stuck to the table so you could pull it up at anytime. I was busy doing that while my husband looked at a physical menu instead. They had a large selection of dishes that included both cooked and cold sushi rolls as well as ramen dishes, poke, cooked entrées too. I opted for the tuna poke bowl. It was delicious. The poke was in small cubes that were easy to pick up with my wooden chopsticks and eat without looking like I overstuffed my mouth. It had all of the main components I loved included in the bowl such as white rice, seaweed salad, crab salad, sliced avocado, and a bed of mixed greens. Delightful! I would definitely order this again. My husband had the salmon marina which was baked with a creole crust of crab and crawdad on top. It was nicely plated, but my husband said the dish was a little too dry. I sampled the corner. The salmon seemed just fine to me, but I wouldn't have traded my poke for it. Mine was just too good. The margaritas on the rocks were probably a bad choice. They didn't really have quite the mix or taste I was hoping for, but we didn't let those $10 drinks go to waste. I should have stuck with water or tried a beer. Maybe next time when and if the prices drop. This is a fine dining choice whether you are in the mood for sushi or not. There are plenty of options to choose on the menu, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and an indicator id how spicy or mild something is going to be.

The. Best. Happy. Hour. Ever.I’ve been coming here for years but always forget to leave a review. This place is amazing. My favorite apps are the eggrolls and lamb chops. Always so amazing. This time I tried something different, the crab cakes and they were just ok. Definitely wouldn’t get them again.I honestly don’t recall what rolls I got this time, I want to say the Hawaiian roll and a shrimp tempura roll but don’t quote me. I was trying something new this time as well because I always get the Addison roll.Love the hot sake, love the environment.Check out my vlogs on IG or tiktok: @missmo2323 for more content!
