We were intrigued by the Fried Jalapeños advertised at this location, prompting us to give it a try. As avid seekers of this dish, we've been exploring various spots across the city. Upon entering, we found the atmosphere intimate yet spacious, and despite the bustling crowd, we were promptly seated. Opting for Kirin and Plum Wine, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, particularly the super cold wine glasses that maintained our drinks at an optimal temperature throughout the meal--an appreciated touch. The Spicy Shrimp Roll, especially with the soy wrap, was a standout. However, the Spicy Edamame left much to be desired; overwhelmed by chili powder and slightly overcooked. Despite inquiring about substituting tuna for crab meat in the jalapeños and being informed it wasn't possible, we decided to proceed with the order. Regrettably, upon arrival, half of the jalapeños contained only tuna, contrary to our expectations. While we would return, we'd be more discerning in our sushi selections next time, considering the diverse offerings available.

The inside of the restaurant is small but cozy which was nice. However, the quality of the fish was average for what I was expecting. It wasn't worth the price point for each roll. Also, the service was unfriendly. The servers seemed bothered to help.

Found this place just driving by and having recently moved to Dallas from San Francisco. It's been a struggle to find cheap and authentic sushi! The rolls here were delicious and reasonably priced. The fish was fresh. The service was amazing, it felt like a family-owned restaurant and we were taken care of. The ambiance is perfect for a weekday date night, it's quiet and cozy.

Amazing sushi. If you come to Sushi House all you need is 2 rolls tops. The quality is unmatched at this price point and they have some amazing options. We usually come on a date and two rolls and a green tea is the perfect order. Their tuna never fails to amaze and they serve the green tea in pretty flower painted teapots.

I was severely burned at this restaurant. A waitress spilled scalding hot miso soup on me. She apologized profusely, and the on-duty manager was trying her best to make things right, but the owner wanted me to go to the hospital and call a lawyer. In the words of the manager, "she says the insurance will cover it."

My Uber eats order was so bad I had to leave a review. MAYBE the restaurant is better to visit, but so far food is below average anyway. My order tonight was packed upside down so all the toppings were everywhere. Also, they charge you an amount saying you get 5 gyoza with the order, I got 3!!! Beyond lame.

Totally unacceptable delivery meal. I can’t believe you are serving this food. The chicken Katsu was made at least 2-3 days ago and barely reheated. Arrived cold. Cardboard chicken. Inedible. Couldn’t eat it. Sushi roll also at least 2 days old, possibly 3. Cucumbers turned slimy and brown. Too scared to eat it. $40 for this and it’s going in the trash and I have nothing to eat as I’m in a hotel. I’m really mad.

The only two things that I have tried from Sushi House is their Volcano Roll & Miso Soup and it's absolute heaven on earth I've only ever gotten take out & it's always been on point never tastes different. The service is always good someone always there to help and no one is ever rude. As far as the location itself is rather tiny in there and seems like a cute date night or lunch date. I will continue to return to this spot to get their Volcano Rolls any chance I get.

This place is so cute and cozy it’s the perfect place for a satisfying sit down meal. The atmosphere makes me feel like I really am in Japan. And the food is so beautiful and so delicious. It’s also such a friendly welcoming environment and such fast service as well. I would definitely come here again.?

We found our go-to sushi place! Everything we ordered was delicious, appetizer was fried dumplings, beef teriyaki, veggies and sauce were amazing, miso soup and the salad yummy, and three sushi rolls were the best we’ve had in a long time. The servers were nice and kept up with so many people in and out, plenty of chefs and the place was clean and smelled good. Very satisfied!

I found this spot during a business lunch. It's now my go-to for sushi cravings since it's so close to the office - service is friendly, food is amazing... a real hidden gem.
