Found this place from a coworker in a training. Excellent sushi! I ate there 2x for lunch! I highly recommend this place! If you want a takeout order call ahead because they can get busy!

Been here twice now because both times JingHe was full. The food is decidedly mediocre. Maybe I'm too judgemental because I was born in Japan but I had the sunomono salad with octopus. I don't mind frozen octopus as long as it's been fully defrosted... It wasn't and there was not enough ponzu sauce on the cucumbers so it was bland and tasteless cucumbers with slightly crunchy flavorless octopus. Meh. I had the chicken yakisoba excited about tender chicken and tonkatsu sauce which is how you make yakisoba. Instead I had dried chicken flavored with curry and mushrooms in my yakisoba... Disappointing. My daughter had the house salad that was drowned in the house ginger dressing... Too much dressing. I'll do a better job of making reservations at JingHe so this doesn't happen again. 😞

The sushi here is amazing!!! Sushi is my favorite food and I can tell you the rolls here are done right. Every single roll on the menu sounds delicious. The 6 rolls that we ordered were fresh and full of flavor, and the presentation on the big boat was a plus. I will be back soon to try some more.

So, someone mentioned in the reviews how there's a lady waitress, at this location who's very rude. After having her take my order for the first time, I can confirm, that they were not lying.
When I first arrived she was all friendly, after I tipped her and received my food, that friendliness quickly disappeared. So one would assume she just wanted the tip and that was it, and after that screw you right?
Well, putting her to the side, the food is great, though I did find a tiny piece of hair in my food. The service is kind of slow sometimes.
But there is one guy, with a hat and glasses. He's very friendly and fun to talk to. There's another guy, who's kind of bald at the top, but he's always checking up to see if I need anything else. There's another young guy with glasses, who's also doing a great job. Really, these few people are the real reason I continue to come.
