Great little restaurant, wonderful service and smiling faces but they have the saltiest food on the planet. I think we had the saltiest mashed potatoes we’ve ever had in our lives here. It really didn’t hit home until we had the leftovers- how salty they really were.

Just stopped I to my favourite Dallas restaurant before heading home to Australia.Oh my goodness! This place is not only does this place have a great name (same as my mum). The food is divine. The service is equal to the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. And Tara….you completed the package. Happy, bubbly, sincere. Her service was impeccable. Tara, you are amazing. Suze, I’ll be back!!

Always a wise decision. Gilbert performs a fantastic job, and his team is pleasant and welcoming. Isedrio (sp, sorry, buddy!) or Tara Scott recently serviced us and he too was very professional and courteous. One of my all-time favorite meals is the fish, and it's still outstanding. A lovely arugula and blueberry salad was also appreciated by us. Here in Dallas, Suze continues to be a favorite.

Think about how difficult it is for a restaurant to distinguish its salmon dish from other restaurants. This is the best salmon I had in my life.

Pros: good, kind service and yummy dessert - the chocolate "Gob"Cons: extremely over-dressed salads on both of our dishes - we couldn't finish them; the lamb chop was drowning in its sauce and it was so fatty it felt like "swallowing a candle"; the salmon was done okay, sitting on a bed of very blah rice noodles.
The ambience was great. On week days they do not serve in the open seating area. The printed menu had only a fraction of the digital menu. We were disappointed. My wife's cocktail was watery. The Chief Waiter was good. The waitress took her own time. The assistant was not fluent in English. Most of the clients we're over 60 years of age. We shared and enjoyed the Lamb Shank dish. See photo. As always the Ladies Wash Room was on the right. Ladies are always right!

Always a great choice. Gilbert does a great job, and he has a wonderful friendly staff. Be it Tara, Isedrio (sp, sorry bud!) and we were recently served by Scott who also provided very capable and friendly service. The trout is one of my favorite entrees extant, and it is as superb as ever. We enjoyed a wonderful Arugula Blueberry salad also. Suze remains a go to place here in Dallas.

The menu does not begin to describe the food. Superior. Flavorful creative mixes that appeal to all at the table. A tad $$$, but quality costs. No big overfilled MSG laden plates. Ambience is also tasteful. Return visit eminent.
