Just stopped I to my favourite Dallas restaurant before heading home to Australia.Oh my goodness! This place is not only does this place have a great name (same as my mum). The food is divine. The service is equal to the best I've experienced anywhere in the world. And Tara....you completed the package. Happy, bubbly, sincere. Her service was impeccable. Tara, you are amazing. Great little restaurant, wonderful service and smiling faces but they have the saltiest food on the planet. I think we had the saltiest mashed potatoes we’ve ever had in our lives here. It really didn’t hit home until we had the leftovers- how salty they really were.

Absolutely delicious! My sister and my mother thoroughly enjoyed our dinner last night! They shared the Salmon and I had the redfish... nice atmosphere great service... a friend recommended it to us, we will be back!
Dinner at Suze's never disappoints! Food is scrumptious and the service is excellent! So many yummy choices to please every palate but don't miss the Redfish! Mind blowing!

Always a wise decision. Gilbert performs a fantastic job, and his team is pleasant and welcoming. Isedrio (sp, sorry, buddy!) or Tara Scott recently serviced us and he too was very professional and courteous. One of my all-time favorite meals is the fish, and it's still outstanding. A lovely arugula and blueberry salad was also appreciated by us. Here in Dallas, Suze continues to be a favorite.

If you're coming in for sliders and a cocktail or two at the bar, Suze is top notch. Really very nice truffle fries as well. And the bartender is very capable and engaging. When it comes to an actual formal dining experience, absolutely no thank you. Most of the food we ate simply wasn't good. There were some exceptions such as the previously mentioned bar food items and there is a really excellent Caesar, but that's pretty much it as far as we could tell. My trout almandine was inedible as was my companion's pappardelle. The bolognese on the latter truly tasted like they had blended up meat vomit they'd found in a dumpster. Shrimp cocktail and crab cake were both unbelievably awful - neither was fresh at all. The fried green tomatoes we tried at the outset were just sort of okay but certainly nothing remarkable. The table service was ok I guess... the waitress was miss chatty Cathy with all the other tables but did not seem to want to engage with us beyond bare minimum superficial niceties. She also didn't bother to ask us how our food was when we each took no more than 2-3 bites of our respective main dishes. I suppose this was because she clearly already knew the answer. A win for the bar, but as for formal dining... when you Suze, you lose!

This might be the single most underrated restaurants in DFW. I hesitate to write this in fear of ever having to wait for a table, but it is fantastic. You'll get every bit as good of a dining experience here as any top fancy restaurant in the city. Every single menu item is elite and different, and you can tell how well crafted the entire menu is. It's so unassuming how it's settled in a random parking lot next to a Whole Foods, but don't let that steer you away. I honestly think if I could pick any place to have the best all around dining experience in Dallas, this would be it.
