Food quality was ok, but the portion of the food was less for the money. Service was not that good. Only one waiter was working on the whole dining area.

Repeat customer. Everything I have had
was excellent. Service is attendant but not hovering. I can always get a seat.
What more do you want?

So we happen to notice this place across the street from my buddies apartment. Today we stopped in and order a little bit of everything. The creamy chicken soup was delicious, pasta was simple but also delicious. We ended with the crab cakes and I was so stuffed I only had 2 bites but it was worth it. Stacy was our server and she did a great job from recommendations to attentiveness. I think we just found a new go to by the house. $56 dollar for 2 grown men is a bargain for what we got. Thank you

The food, service, and price were perfect. I had the snapper and my wife had a chicken pasta dish.

I plan to add Sweet Basil to my regular restaurant rotation!

I have been coming to Sweet Basil since I was a child, and it is always at the top of my list when visiting home. I recommed the baby crab claw appeteizer, house salad with home made dressing, and the pasta messina. I can't wait to come back for another visit!

Loved this place. The portobello mushroom was absolutely phenomenal, ravioli was so so good and the cappuccino pie was SO good. David is such a wonderful server, so cheery and fun. Will be coming here weekly for date night!

Haven’t been here in a few years. New owner, great staff, great food! Portions are hearty and desserts are a definite must! Very quaint but updated neighborhood spots. Once you try you’ll want to go back! P.S. Stacee is an awesome server! Ask her for recommendations!

Worst place ,we used to come here alot I brought my family here before the switched owners . You can tell the difference rite when we walked in ! They show the same pictures of how it used to look ,it looks nothing like that no more !! The food was terrible terrible terrible !!! The waiters were not nice at all ,very rude to my wife and kids !! The pasta was watery ,the spaghetti was dry and a tea spoon of sauce . Bread was the only thing worth eating . I used to spend here very generously here before they switched owners . Trash place now !!!

The waiter and service was on point, but I got the scampi pasta. The pasta was way to sour and the shrimp tasted like ammonia. I don’t think I’ll be back

Order carbonara for take out. Unfortunately it didn't just taste bad it was sour. I've had and made this dish a lot and what I tried from here was repulsive. I wouldn't come back here again
