I went into this location by Bachmann lake me and my daughter around 2pm...When we first entered the place there was no one present at the counter.. It was about half of a minute before the girl showed up.. She wasn't courteous.. We asked for a spoon to push the yogurt back in the cup.. Which waste by mistake..She said the she couldn't give us a spoon. Without it being weighed first.. She talked so low we had to say what to her about 4 times.. To hear what she was saying.. Then on top of that she didn't have on a mask.. All the topping were open.. She's working around food like that.. Oh my "God".. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone.. Poor customer service.. Managers train them not only how to prepare and clean.. But also train them on good customer ethics.. Remind them that they have a job due to the customer not for no other reason.. I left and took my service and my money to braums.. And yes braums has yogurt too.. I only gave 1 star due to the cute ? display..

3 dairy free options! We always have a hard time finding places that have multiple dairy free options. Clean place and fresh toppings. Will be back!

Love sweet frog! During times of COVID they are scooping the toppings for you , but you're allowed to pour your own flavors. No taste testing at the moment either. The place was extra clean. You could smell the bleach! Five stars

Mango machine was out of order which was unfortunate. This is my first time at sweet frog and my cup cost $6.65 yikes. That's way too expensive imo. The flavors I got are pretty tasty, I recommend orange, raspberry, and pina colada.

Eh the place is ok. I love frozen yogurt, but I also love great pricing. For just one cup costed me almost $7, that is expensive considering other yogurt places out there are much MORE cheaper. And they are out there, every turn you go there is a froyo! Some places have a cup that you can fill up and get whatever and it is a set price. I like that concept! Some of the yogurts were running and couldn't try them, they needed some tuning up. This location is not the closest to where I live so doubtful I would return to this location.

Wow...I would not recommend this location. I went to this location with my spouse at lunch time. I found that the restaurant was clean upon our entry and the toppings buffet appeared clean and well stocked. When I got to the selection of flavors, several were not frozen and were still liquid. One machine was turned sideways in the lineup indicating it was not functional. The cashier was not capable and she seemed to have extensive mechanical issues with the key pad. She couldn't process the credit card transaction and then couldn't process our gift card transaction either. Of course, the cashier, she wasn't wearing a name plackard. This was the lunch time hour, the store had been open for over an hour and (20) minutes so why so many issues so soon.

I LOVEE sweetfrog. The girl that works there was super friendly to me even when another customer was giving her an extra hard time. Will definitely recommend and will be going back and the froyo is GREAT !
Pretty tasty place for frozen yogurt. The place is clean and not in bad shape at all. The chairs outside make for a fun option to have ice cream outside. It was a nice quick stop after a volleyball tournament and was a decent choice. They have alot of flavors, which is nice. They have different sized cups with different colors. I think small is only pink tho. That's not a big deal breaker, but comm'on. I like blues and greens. The topping assortment is bountiful and you could literally just eat the toppings and not the ice cream. I think there needs to be a list of how to's or what to do. I have a very primitive brain when it comes to food. I mean, food. it is good, and I love to eat it. I suggest having a things turn very hard when cold such as gummy worms, or sour patch kids. Fruit didn't but the candy did. Things like that for stupid people like me :)

Very helpful and wonderful here but The sour patch kids need to be A little bit thawed out before use because they are hard to chew,also plz clean up a little bit in the store also please have janitor clean up bathroom more smells like raw chicken

Came in for the first time and oh my!! I just have to say the smell a thousand dirty diapers greeted us as we opened the door. The smell was so foul!! Either they keep mopping with dirty water or something is not right. Will not be coming back.
