Just left this spot with my family. Let me tell you! The food was delicious! I'm going to be eating this one plate of food for the next 3 days! I got the ribs, broccoli casserole, cabbage, cucumber salad and yams. Everything on the plate was well seasoned and yummy. The cabbage was a bit salty but nothing that couldn't be rectified by adding some plain rice. I highly recommend this little hole in the wall. I'm from GA but this was some of the best soul food I've ever had.

Came in from SC...was referred here by a person from Dallas ....the food was pretty good but too expensive...I paid 7.99 for the driest pc of cake EVER ....not bad ...definitely in the hood though ...The pinto beans were my favorite!!

Oh man! This was worth the drive! We drove all the way from Hurst and no ragrets ? Their bbq was so delicious and sides were magical. Just as if grandma cooked it. Come early tho because some of the meats were sold out!!!!

This restaurant is a Dallas staple. They have some of the best food in the Dallas.Ft.Worth area. The restaurant is located in an older section of South East Dallas. The building is old and small. Iand parking is limited. The location gets busy on the weekend. f you are looking for good soulful, they have it. I love pork chops, and they have the biggest ones I have ever seen, and you get two. I got the chops, cabbage, greens and broccoli, and rice. If you can finish the portions they provide, please let me know how.You will not be disappointed.

I expected alot more from this staple restaurant, but it was just bare minimal customer service and the atmosphere was very dark&muggy....the food was nice portions but the cabbage was overcooked and catfish was fried alittle too hard. The food is very expensive also.
