2nd time we’ve had our orders wrong here. For my wife’s bowl they were out of romaine lettuce, no big deal subbed for spinach but they forgot all of the grains. My bowl was supposed to have double meat, only a single portion. My child’s kids meal looks nothing like the picture online. Online it shows cucumbers with seeds cut out, whole cubed pieces of chicken, tortilla chips, and hummus all separated in a container with dividers. What we received was mostly shredded chicken, cucumber with seeds, and a pile of very wet mushed chips. See pics of what we received vs what is shown online.
On top of getting all 3 meals wrong our order was supposed to be ready at 6:45 when I arrived at 6:50 the workers were just standing around talking. Our order wasn’t finished until 7:12.

I went in within the last hour of them being open and all of the food looked old but I still have it the benefit of the doubt and got the steak bowl. The rice was hard and chewy, everything was cold, the steak was burnt and tasted like dogfood. The portion size here is so small for the price, on top of the quality not being there. I wasn't able to eat the meal because of how gross it was, which was a shame because it was 20 bucks after tip. I will never be going back and if you are reading this, you shouldn't either. Just go to Cava instead.

Luv the food. This location tho.... Haven't been one time where either order is messed up or they ran out of most of their ingredients, very small portions from this location too. Discovered Sweet Greens out of state. This location is a poor reflection of the brand

The employees at this location are rude and MESSY. They left my to-go box covered in dressing. Not to mention, they also messed up my online order and when I came back to get it fixed they gave me dirty looks. Will not be coming back to this location!!!

Holy cow, these are the saltiest sweet potatoes I have ever tried ?. I could not eat them at all
Overall, food was bland, not worth the 20 dollars I spent on this bowl. Not to mention the super hard wild rice it's like chewing on uncooked rice

Poor service, out of most ingredients, employees didn’t know the menu, messy. Wouldn’t recommend. What in ordered looked nothing like what I got. I got broccoli steak and I literally got broccoli crumbs. Not one full piece.

I had a fantastic experience at Sweetgreen today! The salads were fresh and delicious, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Jeremy, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and had a great attitude, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back, thanks to both the food and the wonderful service!
I came here for the first time about a month ago and ordered the caramelized garlic steak and it was really good! So I came back another time and the wild rice in the dish was so hard, some pieces were just raw rice. I’ve almost cracked my tooth on multiple occasions but I thought “Oh well, may have just been a one time thing, stuff happens,” so I come back a few times and only one other time the rice was nice and soft like the first time I had it. But today when I got it and took my first bite, again there is really hard rice in my dish.

The manager on duty was very rude to the younger employee as I was trying to order. It created an unfriendly atmosphere. I’ve been in a few times and the employee he was being rude to has always been great.
