I rarely give a review like this so let’s let ‘er rip!I go here frequently and I am absolutely appalled at the service. We will not be returning because I got no complimentary bread, nothing todayMore worried about clocking in and out and closing, instead of the paying customers who keep the place open ??? good luck, I hope ya get better management!

it was pretty empty in there at the time we went, my child picked a bowl she thought she’d enjoy but after tasting it said no. i went back to the front w her to let her make her own bowl & to pay for it since nothing was actually wrong w the previous one. the worker made her bowl for her then said not to worry about paying on this one. it was very nice of her to do, they were all nice & patient w us as it was our first time there & it was DELICIOUS. the salmon bowl was the besttrtt.

Ordered delivery of four custom bowls. Guess they ran out of tofu (which I paid a $2.55 upcharge each) because they swapped it out with mushrooms (which is a free ingredient) in every single one.

I'm a fan of Sweetgreens. In fairness we always get the same thing. Wife enjoys the Crispy Rice Bowl - the miso spicy cashew dressing is her thing. I like the chicken pesto ParmBowl but I sub blackened chicken for the roasted chicken and it's a satisfying bowl. For me, service has always been totally fine although I do double check that the extra dressing got put in there because I did once get my head taken off for not bringing dressing for my wife's salad hehe. Won't make that mistake again lol. The app makes ordering easy although I rarely get anything free - maybe a few bucks off here and there which pales in comparison to the buckets of money I give this place. It's nice to eat a bit healthy-ish though.

Service is just terrible here. Store employees are lackadaisical with no sense or urgency and seem not to care.

Poor quality. I ordered a salad from sweet greens. It cost 20+ dollars, and all the apples looked old and brown and so did the avocado. They didn’t cut the eggs up. It’s not quality food. The lettuce looks old as well. The avocados have probably been sitting out for who knows how long and so had the apples. For 20+ dollars you can get a better salad someplace else. Do not recommend. Also, they forgot my grilled chicken. The food is not fresh at all.

Sweet green is a great grab & go lunch option with healthy selections that are filling and flavorful. I ordered the Salmon Protein Bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the Salmon. The staff was nice and the location was clean; however, my reasoning in marking down a star is that the price is quite high for what you receive.

I ate here for the first time a few days ago. The salad was delicious and fresh. I built my own salad bowl and was able to pick out lots of great quality ingredients. The green goddess dressing was so creamy and tasty. Try that dressing!

Not Bad? Just could be better.Strolled in for YELP ELITE experience at this hip and trendy spot. Clean and welcoming Sweetgreens at Lakewood definitely gives the vibes of sustainability and healthy eating. The store was clean, and crew members shout out a Welcome In as you enter. Daddy Mac and I arrived right before the lunch rush(plus) and began our trek down the selections. Sweetgreens offer plates(heartier portions of proteins and grains) bowls(lighter versions of the plate) and salads. They offered a nice amount of menu items like the Chicken Fajita plate(which is what I had). Fajita Chicken thigh, white rice, roasted corn, black beans, avocado with creme, and cilantro Vinaigrette. It was tasty and filling, but I would have liked more flavor in the vinaigrette and the creme. They both offered little more than oil and vinegar on the vinaigrette and sour cream on the creme. Mac Daddy had the BBQ Chicken Bowl, which he liked, but the kale that was part of the base for the salad added a bitter element that did not compliment the flavors. We both also had a slice of multigrain sourdough that was nice but was dry due to sitting out. It seemed more like decoration than an added element to each dish. The other thing that I noticed was that the items on the serving bar had not been rotated out. Many of the warm items were dried out and looked as if they had been setting out since opening that day. Just stirring the items would help keep them somewhat hydrated and fresher in appearance. All in all, it was ok.

I've been eyeing this place to try and fortunately I got to try it through the elite event! As expected, I was soooo happy I got to try it. It's such a healthy yet super delicious meal.I decided to go with make your own bowl and I was surprised at how big the portion was and the choices I can choose from. I figured this place would be a perfect dine in/take out place if you workout a lot and/or want to start a healthy diet. The place was so clean and spacious. I will definitely be back more often than I thought! Absolutely fell in love with this place!!

Stopped by for the first time and hoping to go back soon! I arrived pretty close to closing time so I picked up a premade salad, the Italian chopped salad. I throughly enjoyed it however the lettuce was a bit "soggy" not as crispy as I'd hope it would be. The flavor combination was great. Service was great, I believe Layla helped me, very friendly and helpful. Hoping to try it out again next time I'm in the area. Seems like a great place to grab a yummy lunch on the run.

This sweetgreen is close to White Rock Lake near the Whole Foods. Patio area was popular among diners when I went. Staff was helpful, clear view of kitchen area. The ingredients were fresh and had lots of healthy options. My chicken fajita protein plate tasted as good as it looked with their bright vegetables and sauces.Convenient option for eating healthy after enjoying the lake activities nearby.

As a chef, you know I'm always looking for great food, incredible service, and an inviting ambiance. Simple greens did their best. The staff were not rude, but no energy or excitement was felt upon ordering. The music was pumping lively tunes, but the staff looked ready for the day to be over (it is about 105p on a Monday). I had the BBQ chicken salad... it was OK. All the ingredients were fresh, vibrant, and smelled invigorating... but it was missing the "love" in making food. Food and water collect energy both positive and negative... I felt the unhappiness in my food today. I'm still not a kale fan , but that's a personal preference. It's not a pricey restaurant, but for the price I expected more. The store was exceptional, clean, and well maintained. Loved the decor, artwork, and core values on the wall.
