food was good and fresh. a little overpriced for the portions. added cucumber and got maybe 3 slices. other bowls were missing some items even though they were crossed out on the receipt.

I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls
NEVER consistent! They will serve you burnt tofu that are as hard as rocks and if you order sweet potatoes in your bowl, they’ll just serve you burnt skins with barely any potato on it. And sometimes the wild rice is hard and crunchy! Come on!

I’ve been to this location several times. Last year, a lot, when the Brussel sprouts were available. I’d go about 4 times in one week.
Went tonight because I saw on instagram that the brussel sprouts were back. And apparently, they’re leaving the menu tomorrow. Not only that, but the entire menu has changed. It is so frustrating as a consumer spending $30+ for me (and my kids) to not have any consistency. The brussel sprouts tasted absolutely nothing like the previous. I’m so disappointed. I can’t believe that I spent $30 of my hard earned money on this. There’s no way that the CEO care about their consumers. Horrible. The service was phenomenal, shout out to the team.

I would never know that salad is such tasty food. The veggie is also very fresh stash. The dining area is also clean, comfortable, and easy to enjoy this sweet salad. It’s a must try. Get healthy.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
The food is amazing if they can get your order right. Five separate occasions, my order has been incorrect and I don’t even modify their menu items. They can’t get a order right to save their lives.
I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.
My favorite salad place in existence! Also the best salad dressing I've ever had. Green goddess ranch. Wish they wouldn't have taken the Italian sandwich-type salad off the menu.
