I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

I’ve been to this location several times. Last year, a lot, when the Brussel sprouts were available. I’d go about 4 times in one week.
Went tonight because I saw on instagram that the brussel sprouts were back. And apparently, they’re leaving the menu tomorrow. Not only that, but the entire menu has changed. It is so frustrating as a consumer spending $30+ for me (and my kids) to not have any consistency. The brussel sprouts tasted absolutely nothing like the previous. I’m so disappointed. I can’t believe that I spent $30 of my hard earned money on this. There’s no way that the CEO care about their consumers. Horrible. The service was phenomenal, shout out to the team.

I would never know that salad is such tasty food. The veggie is also very fresh stash. The dining area is also clean, comfortable, and easy to enjoy this sweet salad. It’s a must try. Get healthy.

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

The food is amazing if they can get your order right. Five separate occasions, my order has been incorrect and I don’t even modify their menu items. They can’t get a order right to save their lives.

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

My favorite salad place in existence! Also the best salad dressing I've ever had. Green goddess ranch. Wish they wouldn't have taken the Italian sandwich-type salad off the menu.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant
Great fresh choices for all types of diets. Polite and helpful staff. Very clean inside and outdoor seating. We eat or take out from sweetgreen once a week now

I really love Sweetgreen and the concept. I also want to say the workers at this location have always been nice and handled everything as best they can. However every time I order here, you can expect some sort of wait. When I’ve ordered ahead of time and waited the allotted time it gave me, I arrive and the food is never ready. Another time, I came and they were completely out of the crispy rice and the blackened chicken, which apparently would take 20 minutes to wait for a new batch. Now, I come to try the new fries and it will take 15 minutes to cook. I guess this is the normal to expect? But it just seems like something is wrong or off every time I come here. I’m really disappointed and feel there could be more resources for the workers to have the food they need ready to go, if this is actually supposed to be fast food. I honestly avoid coming here for that reason alone because something is always wrong. It’s not a reliable establishment unfortunately.
