We live in Oklahoma and were planning on spending the weekend in Dallas to celebrate my son’s birthday. So I looked up a Dallas bakery so I could pick up there and not have to travel with a cake. I’m not a local so I just went by reviews. First of all, I appreciate the money invested into the website and the online forms for orders. It was easy to place the order and the long-distance ordering was painless. Payment and ordering was a breeze and clear. The cake looked just like my inspiration picture if not better, the taste was delicious. The cake boutique was super cute and Selina herself was there to hand me the cake and carefully wrapped it for transport. I was very impressed and recommended Selina for any custom cakes. And as someone who bakes cakes as a hobby, I appreciate the actual effort that goes into it, and have to say, it was reasonably priced! Thank you

Selina Renee Baking Studio crew are amazing!! We just did a 60th birthday cake for our regional manager and I just gave them a photo to go off of and it turned out AMAZING! They were very professional and quick to respond. The payment and contract agreement was very organized and detailed. I appreciated their constant communication with me and how they really tried to stick with my ideas and wants. They surpassed my expectations and made a beautiful graduation cake. I am extremely happy with the cake Selina Renee’s Baking Studio did for my Mom’s 50th Birthday Dinner! I sent in my request, in which they were very accommodating. Top layer is marble, bottom is red velvet with buttercream frosting. It turned out so beautiful and all enjoyed the taste as well! Thank you so much! We hope to and certainly would order again soon!

I was pleased with the smooth transaction and the cake balls. Soon after submitting a quote request along with a picture and description, I got a list with their cake ball amounts and prices. After agreeing on colors and flavors, I received an e-mail so I could submit a partial payment, and when the product was finished, I received a second e-mail to submit the remaining amount. The cake balls were individually wrapped (as requested) and carefully placed in the box. The picture doesn't do justice to how beautiful and tasty the cake balls were. Will definitely order from them again.

Amazing! This was my first time to use Sweets by Selina, and they did not disappoint! They were one of the only bakeries in Dallas available for a custom cake order the week of Christmas. Their sales team was very helpful in keeping my order on budget. The cake was even more beautifully decorated than I expected. The bottom tier was chocolate, and the top tier vanilla, and both were extremely delicious! I definitely recommend Sweets by Selina, and will be using them again in the future.

The birthday guys are huge sneaker heads and they were so happy with all the details, which says a lot since they are super picky about everything. The only thing I wish was better was the taste. I ordered the most popular flavor- cookies and cream cake with vanilla almond frosting. The cake was dry and the flavor was a bit bland. The frosting was good though! Regardless, I would definitely still order again for the wow factor.

Whatever bad reviews this place had don’t take any of it into consideration. Never had an issues with the whole process of ordering/pickup of cakes. It was fun and creative and just wanted I needed to make her party theme come to life.When I first got the cake I thought it was a bit pricey for the size and decor.Although I loved it I could have got cheaper else where for the same design. However….. after I tasted the cake I came to the conclusion it was fully worth it. I was expecting the cake to look great but I was not expecting the cake to be so delicious.I will be using them again!
