Old hole in the wall but seems to have a pretty loyal following. Sliced brisket was okay but not great. Slight smoke ring, a little on the dry side. Sauce is thin and watery but the correct flavor for a Texas BBQ. The turkey was just okay as well. Chopped brisket on the baked potato had very little flavor and was mostly brisket crust. East Texas Hot LINKS are SOOOO GOOOOD!!!! Everything even the sides and desserts are delicious! Also, wash it down with the Red Kool aid! They have the best greens ever and Ribs and Brisket are to the moon!!!
